Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Elbow Brace, Ulnar Nerve Entrapment Splint, Elbow Immobilizer for Night Sleeping and Day Working, 4 Angles Adjustable, Fit Women & Men, Right & Left Arm - L/XL

So far this has worked really well for me. It's hard to say if it's actually improving my condition or just preventing me from further injuring it further while it heals, particularly when I'm sleeping. I've only had it a few days so I can't speak to its durability. A couple of things that I figured out for best positioning it (for me at least): * The angle set screw is positioned so it's towards your right, for both your left or right arm. It seems to have a forearm cuff and an upper arm cuff. (See the product pic where it shows the model's left arm.) * Never let the velcro strap ends dangle freely, but just reposition them so that the brace is loose. This makes it easier to adjust with one hand and tighten later, rather than fighting to get them detangled from each other first. * It's difficult to get it positioned over your elbow and remain there for bent arm angles. Fully loosen the brace and position it where you want (with your elbow in the "hole"). Then fully tighten down the upper arm straps. Fully bend your arm so that it matches the set angle (up against the brace) and then tighten the forearm straps completely. These have worked for me, but if anybody has better tips, I'd love to see them. Overall the brace has been working pretty well, but the first few times positioning it can be a challenge -- especially if you're in pain.

Comfortable for a brace and feels like quality material and sturdy structure. The variable degrees of the brace makes it easy to use during the day if needed, even typing. You do have to wear the separate strap at night otherwise it slowly shimmies down to the wrist, but even if you don't, the brace is still relatively effective.

It’s not easy to sleep in and not the most comfortable. I was unable to tighten it up because it felt too tight on my arm. I did use it loosely, but it was still uncomfortable. The quality seems to be pretty good. I will use it off and on, but not every night.

Sorry for video quality but as you can see I can easily use this one handed haha just opened it up and looks like I received an improved design with the lever which gives me a choice between 120°, 150°, and 180°, or free floating between 120°-180°. The metal splint is removable which makes it easy for washing and for use without it once I've recovered more. I'm so excited to be out of the uncomfortable fiberglass splint they gave me at urgent care. Friendly reminder to go easy on yourself❤️

Middle of the road review. I liked the structure of this brace that it locked the elbow at an angle that helped my ulnar nerve pain. Despite multiple attempts at using the two Velcro straps to tighten Icoild not find the right fit to use at night. It kept slipping down my arm.

Excelling product. Fits perfectly and holds my arm in place so I don't get bicep pain from typing or fishing. The straps work perfectly, effortless to use. Solid material and product. I actually expected less.

The metal brace was painful and did nothing to help my issue or pain. Without the metal insert it doesn’t do anything to help. Do not waste your money.

Perfect. Effective and resolved my carpal tunnel symptoms .

Tennis elbow out of the blue, in 48 hours, I had limited movement, and a lot of pain, could hardly sleep,by 48 hours, then the brace arrived, and despite my efforts with a lash up sling in the preceeding 24 hrs, fitting this brought great relief, especially for protection during sleep, a week later I only use for sleep protection. Worth every penny!

The product is as described, the quality is really good. I had an issue with the size, so I contacted the seller and they were really responsive and helpful. I recommend buying this one among others that are not as good as this one. I use it during sleeping to keep my elbow from aggrevating my tendonitis injury

Husband is awaiting and elbow replacement and doesn't currently have an elbow joint! This has been a really comfortable support, well made and practical.
