This one is outstanding, and that it captures the most important areas of wellness such as food, water, exercise, and sleep. It gives you plenty of room to keep track of the information without making it overly complicated. Unless one has a very specific health/medical need โ itโs got everything you would want. And plenty of space if you do need to track something else specific for you. This journal provides for 90 days witches a good amount of time. In 90 days, habits can be formed, and in 90 days, which ever plan you follow, significant change should be observed. It allows you enough time to accomplish small and mid length goals, then wrap it up and perhaps start a new one from where you are at then to continue working toward longer-term goals. I bought this journal as a way to hold myself accountable and to visually see that I am not starving. I really like the layout and the fact that this journal offers a GREAT amount of space to track meals and other things like exercise, water intake, sleep, moods, cravings and goals for the following day. Its a 90 day journal with a page at the beginning and end to log measurements and see your overall 'shrinkage' at the end! I think its a fun little element of this journal! I am definitely glad I purchased this journal over the others that I was debating over - and the price is UNBEATABLE for what the journal offers. I have a feeling I will be purchasing again either for myself at the end of 90 days or as a gift for someone else.

Holding myself ACCOUNTABLE

Easy and Practical!
Very simple journal to keep track of food intake exercise, and other activities without driving yourself crazy! I like that thereโs space (extra blank pages) to add my own creativity. There are two things I wish were different: 1. I would prefer that the Habit Tracker graph be square instead of round. I donโt like seeing the writing upside down on the โwheelโ. 2. I wish there was a Weekly Review page instead just three Monthly Review pages. I used some of the blank pages this journal provides to create my own Weekly Review pages. Overall, I am happy with this journal and enjoy using it!

I love This Journal, but it ainโt for calorie counters
I bought this journal for my 90 day paleo challenge and I love it. It perfectly fits my needs since I like to track my meals not calories it also lets me track my water intake, sleep, and moods. Itโs a 90 day fitness/food journal that I personally find very spacious, but I wouldnโt recommend it to a person wanting to track their calories nor to lifters who wanna track their reps/sets. Itโs great for tracking CrossFit, workouts, dvd workouts, cardio workouts or short workouts. What I love the most about this journal is the 1day and 90 day progress check-in. I honestly hated other journals for their weekly and monthly check-ins. It always made me feel like I had to start my journal on Monday and not when I wanted to. What I also loved about this journal is that it has a 90day countdown where you can check off the days that youโve completed successfully. Btw! I will definitely be buying 4 more of this fitness journal next pay day just in case they stop producing this exact layout.

Liked the layout, Didnโt like the binding
A nice book, well thought out, loved the layout. The quality of the paper was nice What I didnโt like was that the book was so well bound that it was difficult to lay the pages flat enough to write on. I must write too large, would run out of room for all my notes I made, and what I wanted to document for the day. It was just ackward to write in, I tried two different times. I would buy this again if it was spiral bound.

Love It
I absolutely love this food exercise journal. So far it has kept me on my health fitness journey. I love that it has a positive quote on top of each page and it prompts you to measure yourself and weigh yourself every 30 days. I love everything about it. The way it is set up on the page just has a free vibe to it. As opposed to other ones that look like a technical spreadsheet. I may want to buy another one after I complete it, just to compare my progress.

Canโt say enough GREAT things
A fantastic way to kick off any healthy living choices!! I gave these as gifts to everyone in my immediate family for Christmas - in January alone six people had a combined 41 pound weight loss!! thereโs a saying I learned one time What gets monitored gets done This is a super way to track your food your water, your habits, your sleep, your emotions just a wonderful way to jumpstart or keep in track, healthy habits It works for 90 days so yes, about to restock ๐

Will buy again!
This book helped my tremendously after I had one Cholesterol number that was borderline. It helped me focus on all areas of my healthy lifestyle. Now I don't need it, I just live it. Very disciplined. Recommend highly!

I used to try daily journaling with blank books, but it got really annoying to rewrite the format every day. So I started looking for daily tracking books like this. I have tried several over the past year, but this one is my favorite. I like the size of the book, it has a lot of room for writing and includes all the important things I want to track, I appreciate the quotes on each page and the body check in every 30 days. I have almost filled up the 2nd book and just ordered number 3. I find it really helps me stick to my plans and keep me accountable so I will continue to use them.
