I got these for my daughter who's been poorly and they're perfect in hot or warm milk. They melt much faster than they used to into the milk and taste delicious. Perfect for little ones for breakfast or a snack during the day or even for bedtime. If putting in a cup for a baby or toddler I'd suggest putting it in milk and blending it up to ensure no lumps remain.
