Just like OEM....
Replaced on a 1999 GMC Sierra 1500. Switch fit and functioned just like OEM at a fraction of the price. Wouldn't hesitate to order product again if necessary.

Almost a 5, Fitment Issue Makes it a 4
The Tahoe's original switch combination was intermittent when moving the mirrors. Easy to swap out, and not expensive at all. This replacement works perfectly and looks like OE. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is: The top, smaller Left/Off/Right toggle switch is apparently oversize in width. It fits too tightly in the opening, and is not easy to move across the positions. Works great, just binds in the slot.
