I was a little concerned that the 16.5 font might be ridiculously large – but it’s not – and makes this bible very easy to read. It’s not too heavy and has a nice soft feel - but a slightly firmer cover would have suited me better. Quality is good; about six pages needed some edge trimming with scissors – but minimal. Some comments about large print Bibles have mentioned print strike-through from the reverse side of the page. Yes, that is the case with this Bible to an extent but one would have to be very picky to say that it interferes with the reading of the text. Using paper that is any thicker to prevent this would result in a very unwieldy volume. The addition of a couple of ribbons would be helpful to mark passages when reading in church.

very easy to read

Lovely bible and very easy to read and understand. Bit heavy however, if you put a cusion or pillow on your lap and place the bible you don't feel the it's weight. I always place a pillow or two on my lap when I am reading. May God richly bless you reading his eternal word.

I got the Bible for my 70+ year old dad that has been bed ridden since getting a medical treatment (the same one all of us has been pushed into getting) and now has a tumor on the brain. The Bible has nice big print and it has given him some comfort reading God's word. I can recommend this NIV. Please pray, thank you.

This study Bible is brilliant, helpfully revealing the word of God alongside the insight of godly men. It is really helpful to read about the backgrounds and contexts of each book of the Bible.

Very good

Really good bold print, it is heavy and obviously budget construction but it does fulfil a useful purpose. Recommended.

This Bible arrived speedily and was a lovely clear copy with the much needed very large print. However the lady it was for, being over 100 years old and a little frail, found it a bit heavy to carry around. It was a few weeks before I found this out and tried to return the Bile, but there was no problem at all in returning it. Would definitely use this seller again.

Am I the only one who didn't like this bible? Such rubbish quality, from the tissue thin paper to the flimsy horrible to touch cover. And the print was way too big! Not a keeper

Lay out is messed up. There are some torn pages, I have two starts to Luke, Part of Mark in Luke, and some of Luke missing. There was some off tracking, where the text kinda went sideways, which I could have lived with but now parts are missing. Can't live with that. And don't know how to return it now.

Initially, I was browsing through the catalogs and finding the prices rather steep didn’t make purchase. Then I received more info through email about the product. I managed to find one that fitted my budget. Delivery was fast and the bible was packed in its own box and arrived in excellent condition. I’m very pleased with the purchase.
