I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. I know the age range was suggested for 7+ and he is only 5 but he loves lego. He was delighted when he opened his gift, he wanted to open it and build it straight away. The boxes come with directions as to how to build the model on the box. The variety of lego and all these individual models far exceed the lego my sister and I had as children (I'm 60 now 😱) The smaller boxes with individual models like these might seem a little bit on the expensive side but I think when you buy these and your lego collection grows, they are great value for money. My grandson's have quite a collection of lego now and mam and dad join in building too. The possibilities of what you can create is endless. I've also seen books full of ideas to build with your lego creation. Hours of pleasure in a box. My grandson's are autistic and when the youngest is overwhelmed and struggling he takes himself off with his lego and builds something, it helps him to re-focus and self regulate. He has a very creative mind and lego is perfect for him.

Grandson loved the model figures. Pleased that there were some extra claws as the pieces are very small and easily lost.

This is a good lego set from Lego this is the NINJAGO Jays Mech Battle Pack that contains an instruction building leaflet and four mini figures it is a great set and you can get additional NINJAGO sets to add to this set for lots of imaginative games quite easy to build 5 year old loves this set and enjoyed building it very good value for what you get great for a birthday present would recommend

Lovely lille set to add to grandson's collection

My near 6yr old son has got heavily into Ninjago in the last year and this is one of a number of the new “Dragons Rising” sets I have got for his upcoming birthday. It’s very similar to the Star Wars battle packs, with a familiar format of small build and four minifgures, but offers much better value being a Lego internal licence. This is the price Star Wars battle packs used to be a few years ago before they went up to £15-£20! The set is easy to build and the pieces and included figures are good quality, as usual with Lego. Two hero characters and two antagonists give plenty of play value. The master Lloyd figure is a clear highlight with nice detailing, setting him apart from many previous versions of the character. In general, small sets like this combine well with the larger ones and open up much more opportunities for creative play. They are also ideal as small rewards / pocket money buys. Highly recommended.

four detailed mini figures for under R200 is a bargain I think this is the first Ninjago battle pack so it's worth getting as it may increase in value

Really good value lego set

Ever since this set got revealed in late 2023, I knew I was in love. Not only are the price and build great, but this set include a figure I as a Ninjago fan have been anticipating for almost TEN YEARS now... The Master Lloyd Minifigure! Lego's designers have once again absolutely COOKED 🔥 with their Ninjago figures and that doesn't apply to just Master Lloyd. The build is also pretty great, packing some fun features and incredible articulation at such a small size! If you're a Ninjago fan who, like me, is STILL keeping up with the show in 2025, you're FOR SURE gonna love this set and I highly recommend you buy it if you've been considering it! As for my Amazon delivery experience with this... It was quite strange... The package was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday (Saturday) and at some point the Amazon delivery person DID call me and tell me they're arriving in a few minutes, I waited but they didn't arrive... I then realized I hadn't checked my phone since the first call and they had indeed called me a few times, I tried to call back but they didn't answer... When I checked Amazon, it said "a delivery attempt was made" during that time and that they'll "try again later..." I checked today (Sunday) morning when I woke up and sure enough, it said "arriving today" and this time it ACTUALLY arrived! 🙏 Now I'd be very thankful and happy and say I'm completely satisfied with the service despite the delay if it weren't for ONE thing... The box arrived absolutely wrecked! Thankfully still intact and recognizable, but NOWHERE near the standard of upkeep and package care I've seen from my previous purchases... (The actual contents of the set are perfectly fine, but the box being damaged is still not a good sign of the care they give some packages...) That's why this has been by far, ironically one of my worst Amazon delivery experiences despite this being one of my favorites of the sets I've bought... Amazon, I know that I don't have Prime and I can't ask for box packing... But PLEASE instruct your deliver personell to take better care of the packages they're delivering, seriously important or maybe unfixable items could get damaged like this... ☹️
