Great item with a lot of power. We bought this one after our old one stopped working. I would say it is on the expensive side, but considering functionality and the attachments it's what you would expect. I really like the screen that actually shows the mode you are using, battery left and even water temperature. Though I did find the battery display to be no accurate and not sure about the water temperature. It would show 15-10% battery left and then just shut down. Also did not manage to change the temperature display from F to C. I followed the instructions, but no luck. Might be I did something wrong. A great feature is UV that you can turn after every usage. Water capacity is what you would expect and it last about 1-2 min while using it. I would strongly suggest to to register it for warranty as our first one broke down only after 4 months (screen stopped working). I could still use it, but it made it a lot harder. Since I had the warranty after a couple of emails back and forth they send me a replacement.

I’ve purchased this product on 13 November 2025. I use it daily for minim 2 minutes. I have still not charge it again after a full charge to this day when i write this review - 01 April 2026. One of the best products i ever had. Thank you!

I bought this based off all the hype and how it was "better than flossing" etc. Turns out it isn't. The product itself is great. Works fine, good display, including remaining battery life. Doesn't lose its charge when not in use for longer periods. Loads of settings for different water strengths. Feels a bit weird at first when you shower half the bathroom in water because you haven't got used to using it, but you soon get the hang of it. It's a good idea to use warmer water if you have sensitive teeth, otherwise you'll be taking a trip to Paintown. But as an actual flosser, it doesn't do much. It just squirts water round your mouth, which is useful for dislodging small food particles but it doesn't get all of them or even close. My dentist said it's better than nothing, but it does less than a packet of interdental brushes, which cost three quid from any chemist. So a really nice product in itself, but it's not a substitute for flossing.

The good points. The first thing that sold me on this water pic was the uv sanitising function. It's an absolute God send for keeping the water reservoir clean. No more green algae. The second is how quiet it is during use, this is the quietest water pic I have used and I have tried a lot, with the noise level being a deal breaker. The third is the mode function. Perfect to get a pressure that doesn't make your gums bleed or cause pain if you suffer from sensitivity. The fourth is the attachments provided and storage bag. The fifth is the ergonomics. You don't accidently shoot yourself in the eye or turn it off or change modes by mistake. The sixth is the water reservoir size. It was ideal for me and the twist detachment makes it easy to fill and clean. The bad points. Well I couldn't really find any. In fact I am so impressed with this water pic that I have bought a second one as a spare and felt I had to write a review.

High quality product. A must have for cleaning between your teeth. Powerful. Very good variety of tips.

Unfortunately would not recommend this product as it stopped working after 12m. Will not charge or turn on.

Edit: broadly pleased with my flosser after six months, but as I'm halfway through the normal daily use tips, I've realised you can't buy tips separately?? Which means that a flosser I previously thought was a bit pricey is possibly only usable for a year if you change tips every three months as advised. Original review: I've been using a cheap 'n' cheerful water flosser for around six months or so. That one was around a third of the current price of this MySmile one, though the main (only?) difference appears to be that this one has a UV function. Being honest, this is why I sprung for it: because my last one was very difficult to keep free of mould, even after a few months. This one is all good so far, though I now wash with soap and dry it out every day. I also run the UV function every evening. However, there aren't many instructions about the UV cleaning - do you run it when the flosser has water in it, as is normally the case with UV cleaning tubs, or when it's empty? The lack of detail makes me wonder if this is a bit of a gimmick, if I'm honest - hence I'm still cleaning it manually as well. That said, I do think my teeth are looking cleaner and less stained, especially inter-dentally, since swapping to this model (in combination with thread floss, too). Overall, this is a good piece of dental equipment. It's well made and nicely designed: it's easier to hold than my old one, and doesn't accidentally get turned on as often, which keeps the bathroom much drier! It comes with a set of spare heads, which you should change every 3 months or so. That said, I think this more or less does the same job as my cheaper version, although the design - with or without UV light - is easier to keep clean.

Kullanmaya alışması biraz zaman alıyor. Pili yaklaşık 3 hafta dayanıyor. Haznesine ılık su koymanızı tavsiye ederim. Düşük ayarla başlayıp bir hafta içinde en yüksek ayara çıkabilirsiniz. Cihazı dik kullanın.

Parfait. Assez puissant. Facile à utiliser. Batterie tiens longtemps. Un petit sacs de rangement séparés pour les abouts aurait été bienvenu.

Questo idropulsore ha caratteristiche davvero eccezionali per essere un cordless: -Elevata potenza del getto -Contenitore dell’acqua di grossa capacità -Durata della batteria eccezionale Del getto devo dire che all’inizio ho dovuto usarlo al settaggio minimo per non sanguinare. Oggi dopo diversi mesi di uso sono arrivato al dettaglio medio ma dippiu non riesco. Il contenitore dell’acqua con filtro UV antibatterico, risulta capiente e sufficiente per una pulizia approfondita di tutti i denti. La batteria è ancora carica dopo diversi mesi di utilizzo. Prodotto da viaggio ottimo e ben fatto!!
