Wireless Apple Carplay Screen for Car 4K Dash Cam, 9" Portable Apple Carplay & Android Auto Car Stereo, with 1080p Backup Camera, GPS Navigation/Mirror Link/Voice Control/Bluetooth

Bought this for my car and honestly I’m impressed. Setup was quick, the wireless Apple CarPlay connects smoothly every time, and the screen quality is really nice. The dash cam and backup camera work great too. I liked it so much that I ended up buying it twice for another vehicle. Great value for the price and definitely recommended!

The 9" HAUXIY Apple Carplay Screen w/ dashcam and reverse camera is a great item. I needed MAPS and Apple Music option for my 2010 Subaru and this model was an easy install. I recommend tucking the wiring underneath the flooring long the passenger side or above the window track in the ceiling. The images are clear, the display is perfect, and I was able to link the sound through the car audio system. You can also do hands free calling. The device turns on automatically when you start the car. The trickiest part was linking the device to my reverse light wiring (need to splice into the reverse light wire) so that the back-up camera comes on when I put the car in reverse. All in all a great device with all the desired features to modernize my car.

I contacted the vendor and told them my situation with it resetting to home screen and losing bluetooth connectivity. They contacted me via email an ASKED ME if they could make things right with a replacement model! WHAT?? Seriously? I have NEVER experienced such an EXCELLENT customer service team than these guys. Within a day after agreeing, giving them my address, on my door step today, the brand new, unopened replacement unit came. I installed it, tested it, and it works perfectly! NO company can guarantee every one of their products will work right out of the box or at a later day as hoped, but the mark of a true company is when they do what they can to make things RIGHT! Take care of their customers which in turn, is a good faith way for them to share the good news and want to buy more from them in the future. I am VERY pleased with their customer care they offered me. ** (Original review before company made things right) I have had this car screen for almost 12 months now and had been so very pleased and surprised with it's value/price and performance (up until a week ago). I have an older Honda Fit that has a failing radio with external aux. port and thought this carplay screen would be THE device I needed to fit my needs. I love the forward and rear cameras (extremely clear). The screen is very responsive to touch. The size is perfect for my car with lots of cable length to go from the rear to front of my car when installing the rear camera. Issues with device: A was great until 2 weeks ago. (1) Unit turns off from displayed screen and audio through car speakers. (2) Bluetooth looses it's connection. Uncertain if it is the unit itself or just the bluetooth function. Whenever listening to something or following maps on the screen, the device will stop working-just stop. The car power adapter still is shining red, meaning it's receiving power, but it will intermittently go back to main menu and drop music/calls, etc. (3) Rear camera stopped working and a friend of mine has the SAME unit and he gave me his unused back-up camera to test my unit and it worked perfectly. The camera unit itself had failed. I am past my warranty period, I believe and had not bothered to request a replacement, so, I guess for now, I need to just use it until it completely stops working. Oh...and I use a Samsung Phone, but when using the approved Samsung video application, it WILL play the audio and no video. :-(

I purchased this a few months ago, because I needed the carplay feature. It works perfect with no drop of signal from my phone, or interference. Once you set it and pair it to your phone with bluetooth/wifi, it connects automatically when you turn your car on. Very convenient. There are several ways you can set it up in car to make it visible without obstructing your view. I've had it in two cars with zero issue. I absolutely love this device. MOREOVER... the dashcam is incredible. It comes with a forward facing and rear camera. It automatically records when it's on. I wasn't expecting to ever need dashcam footage. But I ended up in a hit and run accident and the dashcam footage is what the police and insurance companies relied on to prove that I was not at fault. The footage CLEARLY captured the other driver running a stop sign, hitting my car, and driving away It captured the drivers face very clearly, as well a the license plate. The dash cam footage and this device literally saved me thousands of dollars, because my car was totaled from the accident. I am so grateful for this device. Works exactly as described and very low maintenance! I wish I could give more stars!

This was my first foray into dedicated CarPlay hardware. For a long time, I just used my phone and really didn't think it was necessary to have one, but with my eyesight getting worse and in dash models and new cars always putting them in a spot that required me to fully engage with them and ignore the road, I figured it was time. Like so many things on Amazon anymore, there were two options: 1. overly expensive models with all the bells and whistles and features no one uses, and 2: reasonably priced garbage. However, there always seems to be one diamond that offers a quality item at a reasonable price and solid performance for what I need. After several failed attempts based on reviews, Amazon’s choice, and customer ratings that resulted in absolute frustration —trying to figure out what suddenly happened while ignoring the road or just flat out pulling over —I found this model, and it’s perfect. The price is reasonable, installing the hardware, including the camera, was very easy, and I put it exactly where I wanted the screen, not where the car makers decided to put it. For the last year, I have used it multiple times every day, and the only problem I ever experienced was because my 15-year-old car’s auxiliary input jack needed replacement. Bottom line is this: if you want solid performance from a unit that does everything without fail, this is the one you want. Save yourself the frustration of buying junk and trying to “make it work.” If you want bells and whistles, take the money you saved by not buying a more expensive unit and buy yourself an iPad.

I bought this unit due to the reviews hoping it would be good enough , cannot be as bad as my Pioneer that I put in my truck costing $1200. This unit connects to my iPhone every time and plays though the media setting in my Jeep JKU. I do not know long term quality but so far it works great, happy I bought this. My Pioneer has a fan that intermittently makes a loud noise. I have not had any problem with this on this unit, maybe it has no fan. Sound quality is great, played my Sirius radio station through my Jeep head unit then switched to this unit and I cannot tell any difference other than the volume is slightly slower coming from this unit, simply turn it up and it is the same. Easy install. I do not use the cameras. I did not buy it for those.

Cameras are good. Backup camera great, but running the long wire can take some time to route through various panels and frame (for a pickup). Map display is also very useful for an older vehicle. I have spent much time trying to get consistent Bluetooth and USB connections, and to get audio out to the speakers of a 2017 F-150 truck. The general problem is making 3 systems (truck, phone, HAUXIY) connected correctly when there are multiple settings that have to be correct. The many available online and vendor help screens are all short of detail or include settings that are not available on an older vehicle or they have been eliminated, or renamed in the latest version of an Android phone menu. For example: some help display refers to finding a "sync" item on the phone to complete the connection between this unit and the Android phone, but my phone's version of Android includes this function as part of the operating system and no longer list it in any menu. I'm assuming this sync function is somehow automatic, but could not see how to progress without find sync in a phone search. BTW, to add to the confusion there is a sync software app but it appears to be for syncing data like calendar among multiple devices. So, the camera displays are fine, and I can get navigation going, but even after hours of fiddling I can't just get in the truck and expect all 3 systems to connect and be ready to respond. I've even had to replug the power cable when the HAUXIY unit suddenly went blank.

This carplay unit has been great! We got my son an older Infiniti for his first car, but it didn't have any of the modern safety or convenience features like a backup camera or CarPlay. We got him this for his 16th birthday and it installed easily and has worked great for the last 6 months. It turns on and connects quickly every time. Backup camera quality is clear and usable. even at night. The screen size is perfect. I have a 10 inch one in my car, but it is a lot more long and narrow, which is actually less usable screen space than this 9 inch one, which is taller. It gets plenty bright enough to see during the day and dims automatically at night which is great. At this price point it's hard to pass up!
