Very cool design, not noisy at all, I barely notice it. Takes one D battery that is not included.

Love this clock. Keeps perfect time and is a good conversation piece.

If you are a collector then this is a great clock. It looks exactly like the clock they used to keep on the central dispatch desk at the Philadelphia Amtrack station. It looks great, it makes the classic swoosh/click sound and is very retro. If you want to use it as a clock to tell time, don't. It runs slow. My clock gets stuck at 7PM every night but then self corrects at 9PM. I looked and could not find anything that could cause the problem like sticking. The instructions say to fix the slowness just reset the time. Not going to do that daily so this clock is great to look at but can't tell time.

Many years ago, I had a Sony flip clock radio that I used for years. This clock doesn't look anything like it, but I love the retro nature of the classic flip mechanism. Except for the subtle flip sound (that I enjoy and doesn't interfere with sleep) the clock is quiet and keeps good time. The white numbers on the black background are highly visible.

I've had this for a week so far looks nice. The hour side got stuck for a couple hours once and when I tried to spin it with the setter and one of the flip things fell off. It was easy enough to put back on and it hasn't happened since. Keeps decent time otherwise. I'll update if it consistently breaks periodically

Really enjoying this clock. Put the batteries in, set the time and it works perfectly.

Worth the price. Only part I don't like personally is, when you flip to the wrong time you have to wind it from the beginning. Besides that it's very esthetic.

時間が切り替わる時の音は確かに大きいです。他の事に集中していると気になりませんが、ふと緊張が緩んだ瞬間にパチンとなると聞こえてくる感じでしょうか。最近では音が聞こえる（＝集中が切れている状態）と丁度いいので休憩時間にするようにしています。 TV台のTVの横に置いて使っています。レイアウトにもよるでしょうが、もう少し角ばったデザインで無骨な人工物感が出ていた方が部屋にはあっていたかなと。最初置いた時に理想とのギャップから若干の違和感が生じたので。どうしてもTV回りは四角いものが多いので、オブジェを置くときは四角いものを中心にコーディネートしてしまいます。TVを中心に左右に四角いもので且つ、実用性のある黒いものって考えた時に、こちらの商品を購入した次第です。 余談ですが初代スイッチの充電スタンドはよくできると思いました。TV台の横に置いてもインテリアのごとく馴染んでくれましたから。

見た目はいいですが、パタパタ音が意外と気になります。 音が気になる方は設置する部屋が限定されちゃう商品かと思いました。

パタパタする部品が耐久性がなく、すぐに壊れます。 お勧めできません。 他の商品を選びましょう。

例えば…3:59から4:00になる瞬間…3:00となります。 右側は00となるのに左側は03のままだからです。その誤差は9分。 つまり…右側が09になった瞬間に左側の時刻が漸く変わる。 返品…めんどくせぇ…じっくり観察… 直せました！ パタパタを押さえている針？を↑に上げればパタパタが落ちる…針はネジで付いている…だが…ネジを上げて針を上気味には付けれない。 針がネジで付いている土台毎…上↑に地味ぃ〜に押し上げました。 直りました！ 届いた商品しか分からないので何とも言えませんが… パタパタが付いている横棒？がグラついていると当然…パタパタを押さえている針にも影響するかと…。 届いた商品はグラつきがあり、初めはそのグラつきを留めようとネジを探しましたが分からず…時間を合わせようとネジを回すと力が多少でも加わるので、置いた時まっさらの状態にはならない…あぁ…ココの調整は無理。 よって…土台毎↑に上げました。 検品で正常でも… 梱包時に商品の中心の支柱以外を上からムギュギュッと押せば、針は土台に上から吊り下がる状態で浮いているので、土台が下がる…針が下がる…それが誤差に繋がるかと思います。 つまり…購入した後も…支柱以外は上から圧力をかけたら危険です。 後…高さを長くして置いて無いですが、他のこの手の商品に比べ土台が軽く無いか？と心配でしたが問題無いです。どっしりしてます。 無事に直せたので星5です。 皆さんには誤差のない商品が届きますように！
