It's very good insole . See if you are an average person or an athelete, it's the best choice to have an insole in your shoes even if you have costly shoes. Come to my POV :- I have Nike Pegasus 38 (10k price shoes). Even then I bought this insole. This is helping me in treatment of my feet . I was a runner , I got into major accident, after that my feet is not working properly while I run . One of the best insoles
I had tried many insoles.But your insole is the best.Its stiff (not curling) in the shoe.Its looks good, durable, affordable with good arch support thereby good pain relief. Size trimming chart is very nice fitting all shoes. I had purchased twice within 3weeks.
