Nice case and easy to use and carry your pen and needles. The only draw back was the inside tray does move around so was a little difficult placing needles inside since they have to placed as they fit based on sizing. Case stays closed which is important.

The case is the perfect size to fit in my purse. I can carry my insulin pen and needles all in one place and don’t have to worry about digging through the bottom of my purse to find what I need. The case is durable and I feel like my pens are well protected.

Flimsy, hard to open, cheaply made, fits well in plcket and compact. If you have a hard time using your hands opening things this is not for you.

Really like the insert that holds the pen and needles, very good quality. The body itself is fairly thin plastic and doubt it would stand up to even minimal abuse or hauling around in a bag. For me it's fine, it's just kept on a countertop for my slow absorption insulin. Price is OK but it could be made better.

Bought for both my dad and grandpa. They use it all the time. My dad drops it a lot and it has yet to break. Highly recommend for travelers!

This is perfect for your tips and your insulin pen. It is small enough to fit in your pocket or to put in your bag. It is very compact and is also discrete. I would suggest this to anyone that needs insulin on the go!!!

Good find but I would have preferred to be a big bigger just to put some Alcohol Pre Pads inside. I can’t fit more than three. I can’t close properly. The rest is good. Fits 5 nidles and the Pen. Very sturdy so if you drop it, the pen is safe. Light as well. Some more colors would be great too . How I review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Love, Love, Love this product! Way over expectations.
