Will this enable a standard rad valve to accept a try head?

Hello, I assume you meant a trv (thermostatic radiator valve)? These are meant to adapt a ‘Drayton’ TRV as Drayton are 30mm and most TVR’s are larger. I apologise if you already know this. I found it fairly difficult to install as it was in a difficult location. You have to ensure that you tighten the three securing screws evenly to enable it to sit centrally over the pin (before fitting - clean around the existing pin, git a squirt of wd40 and tap the top of the pin gently to ensure it’s not stuck) if it’s not sitting centrally over the pin you won’t be able to adjust your new TVR. Hope this helps Paul

Will this enable a drayton wiser head to be used on a danfoss ravl trv?

Not sure if mine were Danfoss but they didn't work for me - returned them

I have a Meross smart valve which does not fit my existing valve, the recommendation is M30 1.5 to act as an adapter will this work?

Sorry i don't know but Amazon do specifically have M30 1.5 adaptors - at around £9 free delivery for Prime.
