Very amazing product. Helped me in muscle recovery during working out, having stronger workouts, feeling motivated during the day and being able to sleep well at night. Absolutely zero taste and they aren’t too big. My big complaint with them though is that they float meaning it’s extremely easy to choke on them and I have had issues with them in the past. On top of that you must know that you should only take ashwaghanda for a month at a time otherwise you’ll have hormone crashes and it will start doing more bad than good. Do 1 month on, 2 months off and cycle for as long as you need to. That being said they are very worth it and yield amazing results.

It helps me feel calmer and sleep better, especially after stressful days. He doesn't work miracles overnight, but with constant use you do feel the change. Plus, the capsules are easy to take and do not taste strong. I recommend it if you're looking for something natural for stress.

I tried this brand as a 1st user of Ashwaganda & within 3 months I could tell a huge difference is my mood & anxiety… Then I tried to save a little by choosing a slightly cheaper brand… Things went south!… Came back to this brand & Things are ALL GOOD Again!… THIS ONE WORKS!

😅Helps to read the directions? 😳 I only took one-the 1st 3-days. You’re suppose to take “2” a day!
