VP-399T Performance Bicycle Pedals with Strap

Excellent value lightweight pedals, ideal for a commuter bike or anyone not wanting to go the clipped in option. I favour these personally as I like to combine a good walk with a bike run often enough not to want to carry an extra pair of shoes. Light weight and well made for a nice price, what more do you want?

well, someone who designed them apparently didn't test them at all.... this light below the pedal is extremely non practical, the frame around the light is done from very soft rubber what means if you will step on it (sometimes can happen when trying to fit your feet into the slot) it will bend and the light itself can fall out from inside....after barely first few minutes I lost one light in this way when cycling.... so I stopped and I just find out that with bare hands I can bend this soft rubber and take out the other light... If you by accident step on the pedal from the top so you will splash the "feet handle" it will stay in that position blocked so to put your feet inside you will have to stop and use your hands to unblock this top piece... I gave 2 stars not 1 because you can still do few things to make them work... like example you can unscrew this bottom useless light and also cut off a little from this top plastic handle piece so it will not be able to stuck in the bottom position when stepped on it.....

I have been using a set of these pedals for two years, they were fitted as standard on a Claud Butler bike I bought. they have done well over 1500 miles on the road and too many hours on a turbo trainer. There is still no play in the bearings and I am pleased to be able to buy a new set for my new bike. Those supplied are not exactly as shown in the picture, there is no 'rubber padding' on the top of the pedal, however this is not a problem the pedals are entirely functional. I prefer to use them without the straps. As others have noted the reflectors are hopeless, I just remove them straight away and you will likely lose the end caps. I wear size 8 1/2 (UK) New Balance cross trainers when cycling, they fit in nicely and the ball of my foot is just front of the pedal axis.

Excellent pedals was doubtful at first,because of cheap price but would recommend them to everybody,nice and compact once you get used to them 10/10

Reflectors fell off within a few week. One end cap also disappeared early on. After a few months, these pedals are making such a noise that I'm simply going to buy some new ones elsewhere, and not even bother regeasing. Cheap for a reason.

Well made for money , but couldn't get ball of my foot into the cup of pedal because my feet (size 11 ) seemed to big. There isn't an easy way to adjust them either.

If you don't want to go down the cleat route, which I did but every now & then would like to stop cycling and go for a walk then I recommend these pedals and clips. My feet are size 10 and fit perfectly. Very prompt delivery. Thank you seller.

Unfortunately, not as pictured. The product I received had a broader pedal with a different look, the toe clip is flatter- not as open as pictured, harder to slip your foot back into after a stop and its almost like it has been squashed in storage or something so my toes cant actually can't get all the way to the tip of the pedal. Didn't exchange, I needed them quickly but il need to buy again elsewgere. be aware you might not get what you expected.
