So happy with the kit. It was really good. I installed it myself very easy to install. Out water tds is 700 and it came to 16-19 after the installation. The water purification is really good value for money.

Worst Product and Terrible Support - Do Not Buy!
I regret purchasing this RO kit from Amazon. It's honestly the worst product I've bought in a long time, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The system didn't work as expected, and when I reached out to support, they were completely unhelpful and rude. I was advised by their technician to replace the minerals cartridge, but when I tried to follow up with the support team, they completely ignored my messages. No response, no solution—just a waste of time and money. If you're considering buying this product, think twice! You’ll be throwing your money away. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse. Save yourself the trouble and look for another brand!

Looks good but water dispensed is not that good.
Water dispensed tastes as if some chemicals are mixed even after ten days. Your reply/ advice will be appreciated.

Value for Money
All filters received in good condition, easy to install, water taste is also good. Only leakage found in water tap, continuously water coming from it. Need to improve quality of it.
