Product not as pictured, formula not the same as pictured. Scam??

Label & formula different from photo, what was sent does not smell or work like original bottle (pictured.). Original formula/bottle is pictured on Amazon, and is my favorite hair product, purchased many times before. The product/bottle received (see image in review) is not at all worth the price.
