First let me say I bought a book and ate nothing but berries and nuts and avocado and spinach garlic supplements, fruits veggies and I also had d-ribose and l-carnitine. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months (yes 60 days). And I also counted calories every day with MyFitnessPal Anyway this has magnesium CoQ10 and other important things. So I am not saying this product alone made the changes. But this product is first thing I take religiously all mornings. This product tastes good and I want to keep using it. Comparing June 10 with August 21 Cholesterol total 252 - 176 Triglycerides 263 - 97 HDL 34 - 36 VLDL 53 - 19 LDL 161 - 121 I improved on everything!!! I need to worry about HDL and will ask doctor for medicine for just that.

Noticed the energy right the next day! I wake up bright eyed. I bought pineapple and peach flavored. the pineapple not so tasty. Peach was fine. But they say people like orange and grape so I will try that next time.

This product did not contain any Pina Colada flavor even though it is labeled as Pina Colada. It tastes terrible. I have been buying this product for years directly from the company so I am not sure what happened with this order.

This has all the vitamins you need and gives you a boost. Make sure you are working out, so you really get the full benefits.

I was told by a friend that the grape and piña colada were the best. Wrong! The pina colada is down right horrible flavor. I will choke it down, and grape next. Praying it is good🙏

This product is great at a great price. The Pina Colada is pretty tasty, but I prefer the grape. It is a good price for the product vs. what I would buy at a natural doctor's store.

I have been using this product for weeks, and although there is no claim to reduce blood pressure, I find myself using a smaller dosage of BP meds. Without a doubt I am going to continue taking it.
