Don't buy if you have Fine hair
This product fried my hair. I have short baby fine / thin hair. Also, the tip gets extremely hot and unable to hold it while wrapping hair around barrel. Used the lowest setting (only two settings). A big frizzy hair style when I was finished - no nice curls at all.

Low price, but not reliable!
This curling iron was just perfect for my short hair. It does get very hot, on the lower setting, which was good for my thick hair. And it's the perfect size! But it did break, with the spring falling out from under the handle. The screw had stripped out of its hole! I've only had it since January 14th! With the lower price, it was a good bargain, but not too reliable! In seeing newer reviews, there is the problem of this product breaking too soon!
