Far better than expected, easy to assemble and very comfy.

TLDR: Keep searching, this chair isn't worth the hassle. Immediate issues. Off the bat, I had issues assembling the chair due to poor manufacturing, the holes for the arms were filled with the surrounding material and did not align with the holes in the material, one hole had even been done off center, and theyd just made another hole in a slightly better location (still had trouble with the arm bolts) Secondly, the product is falsely advertised with a maximum height if 53", however once assembled and raised to max height, the back of the chair only reached just shy of 46". As a 6ft+ person, this completely nullified the "ergonomic" claim as my knees were higher that my waist and when resting my arms on my desk and elbows on chair arms, my fore arms were at an incline, leading to lack of blood flow and ice cold hands in minutes. When raised to the seller was told "The specifications and measurements provided are from the manufacturer". This seller is clearly a dropshipper who's never quality checked this item. Finally, to round off manufacturing issues, the screw to hold the foor/leg rest in without it sliding out? Completely too small for the screw provided. While on the note of the foot rest, don't bother, the metal arms are so flimsy I couldn't rest my legs on it without feat of bending the arms (which I didn't want to do as I'd already decided on returning it), oh and even if you do extend it put a little faith in it, you're complely un balanced and the chair tilts forwards and you feel like you're about to fall off. The vibrating lumbar support was nice, I considered keeping it for myself as the seller refused to provide any compensation for the time and frustration caused by their lack of quality control, and the near 2 hours it took me to assemble and disassemble. On the note of disassembly, I found it impossible to separate the piston from the base entirely making it nearly impossible to get everything back in the box so I could return it. Its also clear from the box that I received a returned and repackaged chair with additional layers of tape used to keep the box shut after the first (or many) person returned this, likely for similar reasons. Avoid. Keep searching/saving and buy a SecretLabs chair instead.

Good price good quality footrest is a little flimsy but works fine highly recommend for anyone who pc games for long session's

Not as padded looking as picture makes out. Assembly was straight forward and overall quality is fair for price.

Good Value for the price. Not as robust as more expensive alternatives, however if you treat it with kid gloves it will most likely last. Keep the spanner handy as you’ll find yourself doing the occasional pit stop to tighten up whilst also being mindful not to over tighten. A solid budget buy, if your expectations are realistic at this price point.

Arrived on time was a bit difficult to put together but did it grandson lives it
