This really met my expectations. I received it on time and it was in excellent condition just like new. I am glad I chose Prime renewed. The quality is great and the battery was 100%. I really like the screen quality and it really performs great.

Functions perfectly, no major scratches. Onky a very small scratch which isnt visible at all.

Excellent laptop, would recommend anybody to buy from this seller. Signature required for delivery with no issues, came faster than expected. Using it for djing and schoolwork. Laptop is super fast.

Overall, it’s pretty good. It had a lot of small scratches and dings, but I put a cover on it so you can’t really tell.. from what I see so far everything else is working fine. As long as you can deal with some scratches on the lid and a couple of small dings I think it’s a pretty good deal.. The display appears to be in very good shape. No dead pixels that I can find.

At first, I was very concern with all the negative feedback I read about this seller, but when I received and checked the product, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for your fast service and also, for selling me an amazing product.

I want to start off by saying how truly disappointed I was when I received this laptop and discovered its defect. I was trying to over look the scratches and dents and I was really hoping it would work perfectly despite the physical damages. However, I was DELUSIONAL!!! When I received the laptop and opened it, it did not power on, so naturally I plugged it in and I saw that it was at 0%. I left it to charge fully for about 4 hours. I turned it on while plugged in and as soon as I take it off the charger the screen goes dark. No response when I try to awaken it by using the track pad and clicking the keys. I managed to sign into my Apple ID to check if it was settings issue (while still plugged in) only to discover that it was not. Nevertheless, the MacBook only awakens when it’s on the charger. Even when I am using it while it’s on the charge, the screen still blacks out every 5 seconds while actively using the trackpad and typing. [I couldn’t even read a full sentence on the screen without it blacking out]. Again very disappointed. There was also a very suspicious bump on the back of the lid, a scratch and a small dent inside the hinge. Ofcourse, there were other scratches and dents everywhere. The battery health was at 99% and it did come with Apple care but I was expecting a fully functional laptop because that is what I am paying for. Not worth it. I just hope I get a full refund ASAP!

I’ve had this laptop for a few months now and I’ve been loving it. It has amazing battery life and good graphics. The sound quality is great as well. As a student, I wasn’t in need of the flashiest laptop, and this has done the job for me so far. Buy refurbished tech for the sake of your wallet and the environment!

Laptop is pristine. Only had a couple hours on it but so far it’s great. What a difference. My other Mac was 13 inch screen and since I’m writing novels by the end of the day, I couldn’t see anything. This is the screen is exactly what I needed. It’s a great buy.

Cuando compré el producto yo esperaba una Macbook Reacondicionada en una caja generica y con detalles menores. Me habria sentido satisfecho de conseguir al menos un 95% de vida en la bateria. Sin embargo, cuando me llegó el producto, lo hizo en la caja original y sellada, no habia sido abierta o eso aparentaba, la fecha oficial de compra al revisar el producto con su numero de serie en la pagina oficial de Apple es el dia que la compre en amazon, es decir, LA QUE ME LLEGÓ A MI, resulto no ser "reacondicionada" sino NUEVA, tanto así que me dejo ponerle AppleCare+

Me encantó! Llegó en buen estado, sin detalles y con una batería de 98%, vale totalmente la pena.

Me llego nueva, en su empaque original con cargador y cables perfectamente doblados y sin uso, es de 13.6 pulgadas (pero dado que esperaba una reacondicionada, 1.4" menos no me son de importancia).
