The 6 oz portions are the right amount for each 8" Amoroso's Italian Roll (order rolls on Amazon too). I topped with Coopers Sharp American for an awesome authentic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Born and raised you to know all about the Philly cheesesteaks. When you move out of the state no other states can make them. I now live in Kentucky I miss them terribly. Nothing here comes close. Now I can make my own. these steaks are much better than the tasteless store-bought ones, I received very quickly too frozen solid with dry ice, Awesome product and seller.
