how come the nutrition label shows zero for everything?

For all intent and purposes, "pure liquid smoke", no matter what the brand is flavored water. The manufacturer burns wood chips in to a system that acts as a large condenser. When you burn something, carbon dioxide and water vapor are produced. The "steam" in this process has picked up the aroma, hence "flavor" of the wood being burned. The reason that the label shows zero for everything is that you are effectively adding condensed smoke droplets to your food.Hope this helps.

My guess is the the 1.6 shipping weight is a typo. That is the only way it would make sense to me. I do really like this product though. I use it for everything and the taste is wonderful.

Saveur authentique et excellent service à la clientèle

Je l'utilise lorsque je veux ajouter une saveur fumée à presque tout. Dans les marinades ou mélangé à un peu d'huile badigeonnée sur la viande ou les légumes. Très bonne saveur. Ma commande n'est pas arrivée comme prévu, mais j'ai contacté leur service clientèle et j'ai reçu un remplacement en seulement quelques jours.
