Easy to stomach
Easy to stomach. Had 5 during my last marathon. Felt great.

Not thick like glue.
Has been my go to for about 6 months now. Tried them at a gravel race and found they were not as thick as other gels and easier to eat while riding or breathing hard. Also they are not too sweet.
