Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen Complex Plus Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid & VIT. C

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking biotin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier - and my nails are growing like weeds! These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow (this is good since the serving size is 3/day). As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients so I’m not concerned about getting overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these for over a year and am very happy with my hair and nails. I have been bothered by “ old lady skin” for years before I became on and this has helped my random bruises! They clear up in a few short days rather than weeks! My skin feels better, also!

Have been taking this for over a year now and my hairstylist has mentioned twice how much new growth I have and less split ends. I noticed my skin isnt as dry anymore as well.

I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

Love this Collagen. My nails grew immediately and were healthy and strong. Definitely purchasing again.
