Love this water filter machine
It’s quick, super easy to use and change the filters which I get a year with. The size is convenient as it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter by my sink, but is also substantial enough that it won’t get knocked or moved accidentally. The water flow is consistent and timely, about the same speed as boiling a full kettle. This solution works really well for me. Next I want to try the remineralisation option. I forgot to add it at the time of order and I live in the uk, so it’s not so easy for me to get inexpensively. I’ll definitely reorder these filters again in a year. So relieved I have clean, safe, fresh tasting water. I chose this machine as it produced less waste than any other RO system I could find on the market, provided much higher filtration than jug filter options, and was much less expensive. Thanks for a great reliable product!

Good replacement for my old RO
After reading multiple reviews on Amazon UK, I was sceptical about whether the new set of filters would work with my RO system — but it turned out my worries were unnecessary. Everything is working perfectly, and I can finally enjoy filtered water again. No more plastic bottles!

Filter replacement question
I’ve replaced filters 1 and 3, filtered the water 3 times and this white stuff is still coming out. Is this normal?

Sounds pricey but worth it in comparison
Makes our water taste so much better. Lasts a little over 6mo. Not bad considering it's about how much you would pay to change out other water filters with how often we have been drinking water. Household of 5.
