Got this so I can start recording from my desk using the Pocket 2 instead of from my webcam. The height itself was perfect for my desk. Build quality is good enough for the price. Pretty much all plastic but decent quality from what I could tell Stability is fine when the Pocket 2 was upright but when I moved the ball joint to the side to record vertical video the entire setup kept falling over to the side. So I would not recommend this for anyone filming shorts, TikTok, or reels unless you have someone else hold the thing or figure out a way to counter balance the other side. It works like any other tripod so it's easy to use. It has a ball joint on the top and a little tightener thing you screw in and out to keep it in place. They also included a small tiny tripod as a bonus which was nice. I'll probably use it someday for lights or somethin'.

I was nervous about ordering this kit for my original DJI OSMO Pocket camera because it states in the decription that it works with Pocket 2 and 3. I was delighted that the mount is a standard camera mount so it works with the original Pocket if you have a mount adapter like the one I show in the photo section. ~~~ I also like the length of the selfie stick because I can still see my image in the Pocket's frame even though my vision isn't 20/20. It's perfect for me! An excellent value.

Sturdy! Works well and can be used for different devices so it's super handy. The height it goes is perfect for recording on tables. The universal thread on it works with other mounts for cameras I have too.

Material is plastic, sturdy for a light phone but if your phone is heavier may not be sturdier enough. The 1/4" thread seems to be made of plastic type material and it should be a bit longer to secure mount better. I use the mini tripod for LED lamp and works well. However, when phone is mounted it can collapse downward because phone is a bit heavier. Feet on mini tripod has little pads but if surface is smooth, like plastic, it will slide down. I think if the pads had grips then this may not happen. If you have light weight equipment may work Ok but heavier equipment will not work well. Some improvements will make it a better product.
