Just received this water filtration device. I read all the simple instructions, filtered 5 cycles of water (instruction suggest 3) And was very pleased to see that my tap water at 220ppm was filtered to a very pure 10ppm. ☺️ Cost of purchasing clean water at Walmart? Estimate $150 per year. Estimated costs to produce clean water at home? About $170 per year, replacement filters included. Benefit not having to lug 40lb 5 gallon jugs of water home from Walmart? PRICELESS! ☺️

This is one of the best purchases that I am truly happy that I have made. I have a Berkey filter but the Airthereal is not just carbon filtered water, it is a reverse osmosis filtration system. It is so easy to set up and use and the filtration occurs so quickly. The Berkey filtration takes some time to complete. The water is filtered into a glass pitcher and has a nice, crisp, clean taste. The pitcher holds about 68 oz which is not a problem because the filtering process occurs so fast.

After three months continuous usage I changed filters but found the machine ceased to work. Lyvia and Airthereal were fast and responsive to all correspondence and after getting a replacement "floater" (the company shipped it). The machine remained unresponsive. Lyvia requested I send a quick recording of the machines behavior and the technicians realized I had replaced the floater but in the wrong position. Lyvia emailed me accordingly and now the machine works fine. I have found this company to be quick and responsive to my inquiries and I am very pleased with the product. The taste of the water is worth the price of the unit no doubt about it! My thanks and appreciation to the whole Airthereal team!

Where I live the water quality is awful. Bad taste, bad smell, cant drink it from the tap. I originally got some water filters to help with that, but it only helped so much. Then I got this RO system and man what a difference. The water tastes so much better and there is zero smell. Plus it removed the flouride from the water so its way healthier for my family and our dogs. The instructions were not very clear so I had to figure it out on my own, but once I got it working its been great. Its not very loud when its running, my microwave and fridge are both louder when they are running. I feel like its a good value for the price I paid. One thing I'm not super crazy about is the lack of actual buttons. Another thing that would be nice is if it had a hose to drain the waste water straight to the sink instead of having to empty it every time you use it.

The water tasted great and I loved the convenient set up. However it only lasted 2 weeks before it would no longer filter water through. I don't know if it already needed new filters but I just returned it instead of trying new ones.

The Airthereal Reverse Osmosis Countertop Water Filter is EASY to use. It does not take up much space, just find a spot near an outlet (they do include a long cord for the adapter) It works FAST. Five minutes to fill the 67 oz. glass pitcher (pitcher was included with the purchase and it IS glass). The unit has an on and off button at the back by the tank. It is quiet, just the gentle sound of trickling water when it is running and a soft motorized hum. No overflowing, no hassle, even my spouse says it is easy to use. The water quality is awesome. I am exceptionally pleased with this water purification; our coffee has never tasted better! We went through an ordeal with an under the counter system before this, and I wish I had found this first! Great product, great tasting water!

I used to have a reverse osmosis filter underneath my sink, and I am a water snob. I needed some thing easier with no installation required for my new place. I found this one, and the reviews were good. However, I have found the machine to be obnoxious in more ways than one. First off the fact that it Hass to be filled to a certain point even if there’s still water in the reservoir is annoying to me most of the times the machine will not start dispensing water until I have filled the reservoir tank all the way up to the maximum line every single time… OK not a huge deal, but when there is no sensor to tell the machine when to stop filling the glass pit, and suddenly you have water overflowing all over your countertop , which would not have happened if this thing could actually dispense the water while only being halfway full, instead of completely full in the reservoir area area! Why they make you fill it to the top to start dispensing water, but do not have some sort of way to sensor how full the picture is is beyond me so it takes a few minutes to fill and you better stay in the kitchen while it’s doing that or at least not forget about it once you start also my TDS meter keeps switching from yellow to red and then eventually to blue. I’m not sure why it’s indicating that I have three different Water qualities happening since I just purchased this product less than two weeks ago! Lastly, the glass pitcher is very poorly made my handle is about to crack off, and I literally have to grip the picture with both hands around the base and have not been able to use the handle at all because it is about to break off and already creates a leak if I pull it slightest I don’t see anywhere to purchase a new picture and I read in another review that the lid is the sensor for the machine. I don’t know if this is true or not I guess I will have to test out but I’m a little annoyed at this thing it seems a bit finicky and it should definitely have included a sensor so it doesn’t overflow when it makes you fill the reservoir tank to the full line every Time to give you water throwing out lev reservoir tank water every single time feels very wasteful to me, and I feel like the whole point of having one of these is to conserve water and reduce waste!

10/10 highly recommend for hard tap water!!! It brought my levels of ppm from 500+ to 28!! Works really fast, takes about 3-5 minutes to run one tank through! It’s pretty quiet and easy to operate

Very easy to use. The water is noticeably cleaner & I’ve used tester strips at different intervals & the water comes out very clean. Customer service is great to work with as well if you need their assistance.

Perfect for RO water filtering which is portable and for a one person use in a University dorm/residence/apartment. Normally in a rented or leased room, one cannot alter the water pipes to add in a RO unit that requires plumbing. So this portable unit is the perfect solution. Easy to use and follow instructions. Once the water tank filters into the jug, just empty out the jug into another storage container. This is not a on-demand unit. The filtration is for the entire water jug. Been using for few months and it’s still perfect

Great tasting water after I unboxed the machine checked all the parts and set it up it didn't work right a way I contacted the seller they emailed me back that day when I was checking the parts for defective s and cracks I removed the line ttel floater in the water tank and put it back rong witch was my fault as soon as I fixed it I worked perfectly the water tastes so clean h and refreshing it also has a great looking glass jug I ended up buying a glass picture from the Dollarama store to put in the fridge for cold water I love my new water filter Got it to remove micro plastics and floride cus floride makes people stupid

The device arrived, nice appearance, followed instructions, then when it was activated, nothing happened. It did not work at all. It is appalling how such a defective product can leave the factory undetected. Where was this made? Hopefully amazon will reimburse me. I won't buy another airthereal product again.
