Does the job.
Bought following ankle surgery. Does the job. Easy to use- use shoes!! Surface is slippy. Not over sturdy- heard a few creaks!?

It does what it needs to
At first I thought this was too stable as I could stand with ease and I was looking for something less stable to work with. Then I started to crouch on both legs and then one at a time; you do have to work on your stability then. I would say this is fine for anyone to start on before you really want to try the hard, less stable options.

Not the best purchase
Non slip surface isn’t non slip. The base of the unit is large and therefore it is extremely easy to balance upon. Bit of a waste of cash to be honest

Good fun and helps with balance, posture and aches and pains
Didnt think I would take to this like a duck to water but hey....! I did. Got the hang within a few minutes. Makes me smile along with full concentration on keeping to an exercise regime that I ........wait for it........ENJOY. Does it help with my aches and pains, yes it does. It doesnt eliminate but helps loosen me up and it works for me!
