This is my third of this product. I can only tell you this stuff is intense. I start with half a scoop at first. Usually dont even need more than 3/4 of a scoop even once im used to it. This stuff makes me sweat like crazy. I physically look noticeably more shredded after a workout. So it definitely will reduce water weight. However you wont magically lose weight if you arent eating in a deficit. Eat healthy, eat in a deficit, and exercise regularly with this stuff, and Itll likely facilitate a greater loss of fat.

I can’t imagine this was the taste they were going for. Could be one of the worst tasting pre workouts I’ve had.

Have had great luck with other nutrex products but won’t be buying this one again. Minimal energy boost, not nearly enough to justify choking down this horrible tasting stuff. I dread taking it every day!

3 star bc I like the pre work out. I would give 1 star on flavor. I don’t have sensitive pallet however, this will be a rough month gulping this down. I might add a water enhancer to help. Again great pre work out just terrible taste. Florida crush is a combination of what I think to be orange and throw up

Hands down the most the worst taste and appearance of a pre workout I have ever had. It separates in water like curdling milk. It tastes weird and made me nauseous.
