I love zipfizz. They taste great. They make me feel great. So it is to no surprise that their night time drink also makes me feel great. I make this every night about an hour before bed to help me wind down and get a good nights sleep. It taste good - not as good as the energy peach mango but it is pretty close. It is not fizzy - more flat. But the quality of my sleep is better when I have this before sleep time. So this is how I make my drink every night. I use a small glass - a scoop of ice - two scoops as it says on the container - fill to the top with water - stir and then drink it down! Highly recommend! Clean ingredients. Easy on my tummy - no digestion issues. Quality night of sleep.

This lasted me a little over 2 months so it is a good value. I only use one scoop and this gently puts me to bed. The supplements are helpful for mood and well being making it functional. It replaces my need to buy other supplements. It tastes great to me as well.

Works great but a little too sweet for my likes. It mixes easily and well in warm water and is effective for me with just one scoop. I fall asleep quickly, stay asleep, and wake up fairly refreshed. I don't use it nightly, and even if I did, I think it's a great value.

Works good and tastes good too! Be careful, if you take too much it will clean your intestinal tract quite efficiently! Start small and build up. I take this right before bed. Works in about 20 minutes!

I really like this. It helps me sleep and I don't feel hungover in the morning.

The reason I ordered this is because Zipfizz makes some pretty decent drink mixes. They aren't the best on the market, but they are a nice change now and again. The reason why I don't order Zipfizz products more often is because the proprietary container that they come in is an extreme pain to try to work with. They seem proud of this proprietary package, but I don't understand why you need a fancy tube that requires a knife to open in order to get a tiny amount of powder out. So I bought this thinking that I'd get the same quality Zipfizz beverage in an easier-to-use container. I was wrong. There is no fizz whatsoever in this drink, and the flavor is kind of sickening. I started mixing it with other drink mixes largely in an effort to use it up, but after about a month, the powder in the container had turned into a solid brick. I ended up having to throw about 2/3 of the product away because it became unusable.

I actually love this stuff and it tastes good. However with extensive use it started to leave me groggy the following day so I had to stop using it.

This Calm Sleep powder product turned hard as a rock before I could use it all, even with the moisture card included. Had it only 6 months. No idea how to consume the balance, chissel n hammer? That would require taking it outside, not good.
