After having ear surgery, we needed something that was gentle enough to be used to clean our the ear wax building up. Once we had doctor approval, we got this and it worked great. It's not the easiest thing to us, but still deserve 5/5 for how effective and gentle it was.

Horrible. I followed the directions and hurt my ear so bad. I had water in my ear for 2 weeks and was afraid of getting an infection. I gave 3 stars because customer service. They told me not to return but still gave my money back. Now I don't know what to with it.

Bottom line: THIS WORKS! A family member was having difficulty with wax buildup causing diminished hearing in one ear. The doctor recommended some oily drops but they didn't solve the problem. After reading many positive reviews we decided to give this a try. It worked like magic. MAGIC! Gentle, easy to use, comfortable and, most importantly, effective! Wax came out and hearing was instantly better. So, weeks of frustration was remedied in less than 2 minutes. Even though the other ear didn't appear to have any issues he tried it on that side. Again, a surprising amount of wax came out. The color indicators for appropriate water temperature (blue, red, GREEN) are helpful and it's really easy to clean up after use. For us, this was more than perfect! What a great investment. (As for videos, nobody really wants to see ear wax so you'll just have to trust me on this when I say that a lot of wax came out.)

Quit working after 2 uses. Seems very dangerous. I would not recommend this product and it should be recalled. Bad pricing. Hurts ear drums. Cause swimmers ear. DO NOT BUY.

My wife has struggled with her Eustachian tubes all her life - way more wax builds up in her ears than mine do. By far! This requires a trip to the ENT at least a few times a year, to get them irrigated. My wife saw an ad for one of these at-home ear cleaners. After looking at several models, we ultimately decided to try this one. Such a SMART design! I helped my wife with it the first time - definitely easier to do in front of the mirror in case you’re doing it by yourself. I tried to capture in the pics the way it segregates the clean, warm water used to clean your ears vs the icky waxy water that drains immediately after. You simply cup the whole top to you ear, allowing it to drain. All that gunk flows into a separate chamber. Sometimes when I order a brand I’m unfamiliar with from Amazon, the instructions that come with it (well, let’s be real, WHEN there are instructions included), are difficult to follow and clearly written by someone who does not intimately familiar with American English. However, this one - spot on! The quick start guide was super easy to read and follow! Overall, YES, absolutely recommend!

Great product, found it to be very helpful. The different settings allowed you to adjust between normal and strong pressure. Charging the cleaner took no time and the charge lasted for a while. Would recommend this product.

My husband had deeply impacted ears Each day he used this to soften the wax. The wax came out. No more ringing in his ears and he hears much better

I don't recall this having such bad reviews when I bought it, I'm usually really careful about that sort of thing but here we are. Only used a few times before the device started turning itself off and on with lots of beeping as I'm seeing someone else reported as well. I was hoping it just needed to recharge, but though the lights come on on the spray button, the power button is completely dead with no life in it. Can't return it now - total waste of money - don't recommend in the slightest.

Like the product design compared to the others. Having the over ear containment system keeps for a mess free cleaning. The temperature sensor is nice to keep from using to hot or cold water from being used. It worked great out of the box and made my ears feel squeaky clean after use. After a short time the product started glitching and turned on and off on its own beeping every few seconds. Then it quit working all together. The return process was smooth. It would be great if they looked into the failure glitch and fixed the issue. Would be interested to get it again if the issue was solved. Hopefully an updated version becomes available
