Would I be able to cut this fabric up to join with other fabrics to make a quilt? Do the edges ravel? Can the fabric be washed and dried?

Customers do use this fabric for quilting, although it is a heavier weight than most quilting fabrics and the design repeat is relatively large, being primarily aimed at home decoration uses. The edges are not prone to fraying. It can be washed and dried - it is washable at 86°F (30°C) and can be ironed using a medium heat.
