It works great, only complaint is it won’t fit it my cabinets. It is larger than I anticipated. I have used it a couple times, after my initial learning how to make crepes, they come out great.

Very cute and durable for making crepes. It is what it is , it's not a fancy upscale one but it does the job exactly how it should.

Received this yesterday and was a little disturbed that it had previously been opened (seal broken). It was fairly easy to install the handles but the screws attach to a VERY soft plastic and turned freely without tightening down completely. I don't know if this was due to whoever previously opened it, or if this is low quality materials. The griddle portion is easy to clean, as the griddle sits on a thin. pedestal that insert into a hole in the center of the heating elements, so the griddle can be easily removed for cleaning. I am concerned that using the handles to hold the griddle while cleaning may cause the screws to loosen and the handles will come off. The griddle seems to heat evenly and the it turns easily and smoothly. The griddle does take quite a bit of time to heat up, so plan for 30-45 minutes to make crepes for your family. Plan 15-20 minutes to make them for one person. Depending on how this griddle performs/holds up, it may be going back.

Overall, the unit is exceptionally easy to assemble and use. It's almost as easy to cleanup afterwards. If you like crepes, this is an inexpensive and fun way to learn to make them. We like crepes and thus we'd recommend this product.

Heat is too low. Takes forever to make crepes, more looks like drying than cooking.
