Perfect fit for my 2008 BMW 528i. Easy install

Perfect!! Easily installed on my 2010 535i. Had the entire project done in 20 minutes. The only thing I wish I had was some spray silicone to lube the track a bit, but it worked out fine with a little finesse. I replaced the front and rear windshield molding at the same time and saved a ton of money. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect fit. The Germans have mastered everything except rubber weather stripping, since BMW is notorious for crappy window stripping. I used a screwdriver to pull my old dry-rotted seal out, scraped off the remnants of the old seal using a plastic scraper, cleaned the channel with soap and water, and the popped this new seal in. I didn't have to use soap to slide it in like some recommend. I just started at the top right corner of the glass and worked my way around using my fingers and a plastic trim tool. Used this to replace the dried out molding in the back of my 2007 5 series. Really works well, found a lot of good instructions on youtube and did the DIY job myself. Ended up saving hundreds of collars and to be honest, was pretty simple and took less than an hour to finish. I would highly recommend this product if available for your model / year.

A bit pricey for what it is--pretty much cosmetic and not actually a seal. Good fit and straightforward to install if you are used to using your hands. Hopefully it will last longer than the original in the California sun.

The rigid support part of the seal had a slight bend but it was easily corrected and did the job perfectly. Make sure to tuck the upper lip of the seal under the roof Chanel before seating it as it is not easy to remove again without damage.

Nice OEM part but poor packaging. Part was deformed on delivery. Had to spend extra time to straighten the part. Would not buy from this vendor again.

This product was amazing. We have a 2006 525i the back window seal had totally rotted. This seal fit like a glove. I would say having a little help and starting in the upper corner makes it a 20minute job verse 45minutes. The back window looks brand new.

Anyone who has owned an E60 for longer than the original warranty period knows that every single factory rubber part or seal put on it by BMW WILL disintegrate/crack/turn to dust on these cars no matter what. Ownership of these cars is not for the faint hearted many parts have to be replaced due to incredibly (intentionally) poor design. Thankfully this replacement part is good quality and keeps the water out as designed. For the price it's great but had to wait a very long time, however in these COVID times that's now normal. Coming from Lativa was a surprise as some have said, I don't think eastern Europe is known for car parts but whatever it fits and is exactly tbe same as the original part except it is new and replaced a cracked and brittle piece that ze germans should have built better.
