Clean Tasting Water and Easy to Use
I purchased this countertop reverse osmosis unit because I was concerned about the quality of our tap water here in Iowa and wanted a safer option for drinking water. This unit has been a great solution for my household. It’s very easy to use, and I appreciate that the filters last a long time, which makes it feel like a worthwhile investment. The water tastes clean, and I feel much more comfortable using it for everyday drinking. The only minor downside is that I do find myself refilling the tank several times throughout the day, especially with regular use. However, that’s a small trade-off compared to the peace of mind it provides. Overall, I’m very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to improve their water quality without installing a full system.

After months of research we settled on this one and LOVE it!
I spent the greater part of 2024 researching reverse osmosis counter-top units trying to find the best one for my family and I. We usually spend about 2000 dollars per year on bottled water for our family of 5, soon to be 6. Between coffee, kids glasses of water, baby bottles, cooking, it goes fast. Deciding on one system was not easy, as anyone attempting to navigate those waters can tell you so it took us a very long time and many tension headaches to find the right one. We chose this unit because of the size as well as the reports of customer satisfaction, not just with the unit itself, but the quality of the water, and the customer service if the need were to arise. So far, after using it for a week, it has surpassed our wildest dreams. The unit does not take up very much more space than a large coffee maker, and the water is the most wonderfully pure flavor I have ever tasted, even moreso than the glass bottled variety. The whole process from removing the tank, to filling it up in our sink, to placing it on the machine and starting it takes only about 6 minutes before the glass is full. We bank our water in glass jars to use throughout the day so we are never inconvenienced by the process. Once you work out how much you use, it's easy to have the day's water ready to go. Our tap water is not the best and this has really given us a tremendous peace of mind. We could not be happier with the quality and the value of this wonderful machine. I highly recommend it.

Tasty water
I don’t really review things but this is good stuff!! I got tired of being traumatized by my refrigerator filter giving me chunky water and my apartment randomly getting brown tap water. Water tastes great, the filters last a long time. Reliable, quiet. Et cetera If I can make a little constructive criticism to the makers - the way the handle on the plastic water tank is all groove-y - it seems hard to clean, yet it also seems like an area you should try to clean well since it’s literally a handle that you grab with your hand and this handle sits inside the tank. I try to avoid using it in fear that I will inoculate it with micro-organisms

The Purest Water We’ve Ever Had — And It Saves Us So Much Money
We honestly didn’t expect to love this machine as much as we do. The Bluevua RO100ROPOT UV gives us water that tastes clean in a way I didn’t know was possible at home — smooth, crisp, and free of that “tap water edge.” Knowing it removes over 99% of dissolvable solids, even microplastics, makes every glass feel like a small act of self care. We drink about 1.5 carafes a day (each 1.7 liters), which works out to ~246 gallons a year. When I ran the numbers, I was stunned. We estimate that the three pre/post filters may last us about 500 gallons, or about 2 years. The RO membrane may last over 1,000 gallons –or over 2 years. Spread out, total filter cost should be about $60 a year. (I’ll update this review when the filters need replacing.) Before this, I was spending: • $327 a year on Deer Park bottled water • Or $774 a year for 5-gallon jugs plus a dispenser rental for Deer Park delivery service Now I’m saving between $279 and $726 every single year, without lifting heavy jugs, without storing cases, and without drowning in plastic waste. And the machine itself? Beautiful, quiet, and unbelievably easy to use! No installation, no plumbing — just fill the water tank, press a button, and enjoy. It does take a fair amount of counter space, yet it feels like a tiny luxury appliance that very quietly improves our lives every day. I wish I’d bought this sooner. It makes our lives healthier, simpler, and cheaper all at once.

Overall, a great system
It’s easy to use, no installation needed, and the water tastes clean and fresh. Build quality feels solid and the remineralization is a nice touch. The only downside is the design where rejected (waste) water goes back into the same refill container. It creates more wastewater buildup, so you have to empty and refill frequently just to get about 1.5L of filtered water. It’s a bit inconvenient. Still, aside from that, the performance is very good.

Worth the counter space and a money saver.
We live in an area with very hard water and any cooking leaves lots of scale in the bottom of my pans. In addition, I have a CPAP machine that requires Distilled Water. I got this machine to use to avoid the scale on my pots when boiling water. I addition, the specifications exceed the requirements for my CPAP machine. I love the idea of not having to buy Distilled water at the store on a frequent basis. It also filters organic and chemical impurities for very safe drinking water. The system will take our tap water (500 ppm TDS - Total Disolved Solids) and bring it down to less than 40 ppm TDS. Great tasting and excellent for cooking. I does come with an optional filter to put back the health minerals if you want. One note: this uses Reverse Osmosis for one of the purification steps. Because of this, you will not be able to filter 100% of the water you put in the tank. I throw away half of the water I start with for best results. Reverse Osmosis concentrates the imputities so that you start with 4 liters of water and end up with 2 liters of pure water and 2 liters of water with twice the impurities. All in all, a great product and worth the counter space.

Clean water!!!
I have had the machine for a month and use it several times a day. it is simple to use and works quickly. Within 2 minutes you have a full carafe of purified water. I ordered the model with the extra minerals (although I have yet to put it on). It takes longer to unpack the system than to use. You must run it through several times first so that all the filtration tanks get saturated with water. At first, hardly anything came out but once I ran water through the system 5 times, water started to fill up the carafe. I like the model I ordered because you do not need to order new filtration cartridges for about a year. It also has UV light which helps kill more bacteria. Please note, there is a little, thin, elongated button right above the ON button. That regulates how much water the system will make. If you want a full carafe of water, please make sure the last little "flashing cup" is highlighted. If you just press the button once, only one little flashing cup will be highlighted and you will only get about 1/3 of the carafe filled. If you press the elongated button twice, you will get 2 flashing cups on the digital display; then you will get about a half of carafe of clean water. Also, each time you want to make a carafe of water, remove the water container (very easy) and fill it. For some reason, the water container must be removed; fill it back up with water and then snap the water container back into place. The lid for the water container slips on (there is a little notch) but does not fasten or snap into place. It just sits there. The water is tasteless!! No chlorine smell or taste!! Of course, if you use the little mineral container, the water will probably have some sort of taste but like I said, I have not used mine yet. If you are in a hurry and need to do big batches of water at a time, then order a second glass carafe (you only get one). There are only two of us, so for me it was not necessary. We also give our little white dog the purified water and the tear stains around the eyes have greatly diminished. Supposedly, high content of minerals in the drinking water can cause worse tear stains; however, I would suggest giving all your house animals purified water. We love them right? Why would we want to give them tap water? (YUK) Dr. G

Great filter, tastes smooth and not harsh like tap water. Very easy to use.
This is an amazing RO filter system. We actually learned about these from our daughters that lives on an Air Force base with some really bad water. People on base recommended to get an RO filter and this was their best option. It's a bit on the pricy side, but sometimes you do get what you pay for, and this is definitely the case. It's super easy to operate and the water tastes great. There is a noticeable difference between our tap water, the filter refrigerator water, and the RO filtered water. We did get the 6 stage, which comes with 4 hard filters, a UV light, and a mineral filter. Everything is installed when it arrives in the box. Filters are already installed, the only item to deal with was placing the mineral filter to the carafe, this just adds small amounts of minerals into the water. We don't notice a difference in taste between using the mineral filter and not. The process it uses does place waste into the water well. Fill it to max, and select the max level to filter into the carafe, and there is still about 1/4 of the reservoir left with water. During the first few runs, which it requires 5 to get the filters ready, you'll see a cloud sent into the reservoir, this is some of the pollutants being removed. Empty the waste and refill for the next one. Easy operation. The LED screed does show filter levels. Reading reviews and reports, the filters should last 12 to 24 months depending on use and how bad the water is that's being filtered. The filters are sold in sets, I've not found any singles. For Coffees and Teas, we definitely notice a difference in the flavors. The drinks are not as harsh and taste cleaner. The water we use measures between 280 and 320. The acceptable government levels for drinking are around 500. The output with our tap water comes out around 12. Our daughter's water on base was 520 to 600, and the filtered water comes out under 100. So it does a good job at filtering. This is an all plastic case. No metals are visible. Boxed really well, comes with instructions. It's really easy to use and pretty much is ready right out of the box. Remove some tap and cushioning, and it's good to fill with water and start the clearing process. Really happy with this one.
