Felco make best secateurs
Replacement blade and spring after 30 years. Show's that they last.

Buying this blade in a nursery near me was impossible, they don’t stock the brand as people generally won’t pay that much for secateurs. But if you work with them every day felco are the only brand worth thinking about, you get what you pay for. When I put an order in for this blade my heart sank as the delivery date was the 23 May 2024, ie in 7 months time. Most would probably cancel the order and go else where. But I left it and they arrived in a few weeks.

30年前、北米の大学で景観園芸を学ぶ際に大学から支給されて以来ずっと一緒のFelcoちゃん。 昨年、不注意で刃を欠いてしまい さらにスプリングもかなり錆々だったので、こちらを見つけて即決購入しました。 久しぶりの解体でしたが、背面に分かり易い説明も付いていたので無事交換出来ました。 新しい刃の美しさにウットリです(笑) 大学の教授に一生ものだからね、と、言われた通り、死ぬまで使って出来ることなら棺に入れて欲しいくらいの愛用品なので、何十年経っても部品を提供してくださるFelco社さんには感謝しかないです。
