Like many these days, I am a big fan of nicotine pouches. Problem is, they aren't a big fan of ours. Heart health, anxiety, and stomach issues are common side effects of those convenient, if addictive, little pouches.Enter Grinds.To be perfectly honest, I didn't expect much. I've never been a big coffee drinker, as the caffeine has little boost. I tend to prefer energy drinks (and of course, nicotine pouches) for my daily pick-me-up. But in the hopes of finding a "Zyn alternative," I stumbled onto Grinds pouches.Each pouch is packed with moisture-locked, finely processed coffee beans. In addition to black coffee, there are many other flavors, including wintergreen, spearmint, and even cinnamon roll. The pouches are large, but fit comfortably in the lower jaw or back upper lip. They can start off a bit dry, but a little movement and patience will soften them up quickly. (I've also heard tell of folks dipping them in bourbon or whiskey before packing, which sounds like a great idea for both texture and flavor.)Surprisingly, Grinds offer a satisfying, but not overwhelming, energy boost. I never felt headachy or anxious, never got the jitters. (Looking at you, Zyn and Zone.) Instead, Grinds provides the experience of a typical pouch with improved flavor and a healthy dose of energy.The flavors:+ Wintergreen: the biggest surprise, a bit like coffee ice cream+ Vanilla: probably the most boring, but inoffensive+ Spearmint: another surprise; similar to the wintergreen+ Caramel: a bit rich for me, but if you like toffee, you'll dig it+ Cinnamon roll: delicious; tastes like Autumn+ Double shot espresso: black, velvety coffee with a double dose of caffeine (50mgs vs 25mgs among the rest of the flavors)The way some folks tote around large-size coffee mugs, like talismans of protection to get through the day, I could see Grinds becoming a staple of my work routine. Holy crap.. I didn't expect these to taste so good! I got the vanilla, caramel, wintergreen and double mocha pack and WOW! I have to say the vanilla and double mocha are hands down my favorites. The caramel is good but there's an artificial flavor that takes a few minutes to mellow out. The wintergreen is similar in that the mint flavor is pretty strong and takes a while for that mintiness to settle down. I got these as an alternative to nicotine products. I've struggled with trying to stop smoking and vaping for about a year and I have to say, these may have finally helped me kick the habit. As someone who's never really used dip, snuff - whatever you want to call it - I LOVE these. You pop one of these in your lip and it tastes exactly like a good cup of coffee, and I mean a GOOD cup of coffee. I was really surprised how great these taste and the flavor lasts a LONG time. So far they all seem to keep their flavor for HOURS. The package says the flavor lasts up to an hour but they're being really conservative on that. I've had these last 3 hours and I only took it out because I had to eat! I'm sure it'd last even longer! Seriously I can't recommend these enough if you're trying to stop smoking, vaping or dipping. These are fantastic. One final note! I've heard people talk about being afraid of being too "jittery" from the caffeine - personally I don't notice any kind of "jitterinous" and I haven't felt abnormal in any way using these, even the double mocha (it says it has 2X the caffeine). I'm 10000% getting more of these in the vanilla and double mocha flavors.10/10 would recommend!Update:I was wrong about the caramel, it's pretty good once you get used to it. I tried the Irish cream flavor and love it. I should've got the big multi pack.

As a coffee lover who is always on the go, I was excited to try Grinds Coffee Pouches.Pros:Convenient: I loved the convenience of Grinds Coffee Pouches. I could get my caffeine fix anytime, anywhere without having to brew coffee or wait in line at a coffee shop. They were easy to carry in my pocket or purse, which made them perfect for when I was on the go.Healthy: As someone who is health-conscious, I appreciated that Grinds Coffee Pouches were made with high-quality coffee beans and free from tobacco, nicotine, and artificial ingredients. They were low in calories and helped boost my energy levels.Variety of flavors: I enjoyed trying out the different flavors that Grinds Coffee Pouches offered. My favorite was the mint chocolate, but I also liked the vanilla, caramel, and mocha. It was nice to have a variety of flavors to choose from and switch it up every time.Eco-friendly: As someone who cares about the environment, I was happy to know that Grinds Coffee Pouches were made with biodegradable materials. I could dispose of them easily without harming the environment.Cons:Limited caffeine content: As someone who needs a high dose of caffeine to start my day, I found that Grinds Coffee Pouches did not provide me with enough caffeine. They had a limited amount of caffeine compared to traditional coffee products.Texture: The texture of Grinds Coffee Pouches took some getting used to. I found them to be dry and gritty, which was unpleasant.Cost: I found Grinds Coffee Pouches to be more expensive than traditional coffee products. They may not be accessible to people who are on a tight budget.Not as flavorful: While I enjoyed the different flavors of Grinds Coffee Pouches, I found that they were not as strong or rich in flavor as traditional coffee products.Overall, I would recommend Grinds Coffee Pouches to anyone who is looking for a convenient, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative to traditional coffee products. Flavor is decent but pouches are a little on the larger size...will seem really big if previous usage was zynn...on..etc

This is an amazing product with lots of flavor. It is great for if you are traveling around a lot during a job and cannot carry a cup of coffee. The bags are small and not noticeable when in the cheek. The separate compartment to put away used bags is brilliant if there is not a trashcan around. If you have a bag in your mouth for about 20 minutes it may start breaking down and the coffee grinds will start coming out and getting in your mouth (but hey, that's also my fault because they are fun to mess with like chewing gum. They literally state to discard them after 15-20min). The cinnamon flavor is the best out of the 3 in my opinion. It's a strong flavor but it is the quickest to go away after about 10 minutes. The New Orleans flavor is more of a black coffee taste with a hint of sugar. At first I wasn't a fan but after having a couple it's great. The caramel flavor I was disappointed with as for some reason it tasted like a cheap vodka. Very strong and strange taste I would compare to nail polish remover. Not sure if I received a bad batch or if that's how it normally tastes but my friends, family, and I did not enjoy it. Other than that, love the product and will be trying all of the other flavors!

I don’t understand the positive reviews, unless I got a bad batch. Between myself and 3 other people, some who use Zyns and some who don’t, we all hated these. There was a horrible bitter taste released in a huge wave, then you’d taste nothing, and then the wave would hit you again. Tried to caramel and the New Orleans, can’t bring myself to try the cinnamon roll.

Really impressed with these coffee pouches. The flavors are smooth without being overpowering, and they give a clean energy boost without the jitters or crash. Super convenient for work, the gym, or long drives when you don’t want to make coffee. The variety pack is a great way to try different flavors, and every one I’ve had tastes fresh. Definitely ordering again!

These are great. Like having a little coffee in your mouth for ages. Don’t notice the caffeine which may or may not be a good thing for some. I have a high tolerance so they’re actually good for me to avoid energy drinks.Winter Green is my least favourite flavour as it’s just a bit odd. All the others are great though. Double mocha is probably the best alongside the cinnamon roll. They’re all plenty good though.

I bought this to quit chewing tobacco. I have tried all the flavours and I liked most of them. You get a slide kick from caffein from the pouch. The Purchase are little bit bigger than I thought. A better alternative for your nicotine habits
