Great for sinus infections and colds.
If you have a sinus infection coming on or have one I recommend this... Purchase a new one after you get rid of your sinus infection. Do not want to reinfect yourself. Great stuff.

Very effective
Very effective product. Saved me from a long term sinus infection that just wouldn’t go away. It is easy to use. Use as directed 5 times a day and it will clear up a stiffy nose fast.

Allergies here I come
I brought this last summer. I like it because it is a sprayer...lol. Well a few days ago I was outside doing some yard work, and the next morning I woke up with a stuffy nose. I had a lunch date I didn't want to miss, so for the first time, I cleaned the applicator, and I sprayed in my nasal passage. In a few minutes I could feel this tickly release of pressure and then I could breathe. No way. I love this thing. Now I did follow-up with another spray before I went to bed that night because the stuffiness was returning. After about a few hours this thick yellowish mucus (sorry to my squeamish peeps) was being blown from my nose. It was amazing. I think it's worth the money, and yes I agree with other reviewers that it spins a bit when you're trying to spray it, but it works if you can get it to work.

I am pleased with the use of this product
I've used silver products for several years, but wasn't aware that it came in a nasal spray, so I was glad to find this. I was disappointed in the way the spray system is designed because it is difficult to use (the finger holds spin rather than being stationary), but the product is good and I will purchase again in the future.
