Just what I was hopong for. Very nice and flavorful!

Well it looks really good but it arrived warm to the touch. Not cool feeling at all. So I had to toss it as it was likely not good to eat. I live in Utah and so it is not that far of a transport for it. Yet it was not cold at all.

Just ran it through the meat slicer. It's not round like you see in the pictures, it's the shape of the Canadian Bacon (oblong, like a calf). Smoked beautifully, very tasty, arrived in a refrigerated bag. Very pleased with the purchase. Yes, it'll be good on eggs benedict and pizza.

Gift for friends who like Canadian bacon. They really are enjoying the gift and have texted us several times to thank us.

This meat is tougher than a five cent steak! This meat has a slight flavor of something, but it’s not a bacon flavor at all. Very disappointed.

This is identified as smoked Canadian bacon. It's not. It's a ham. You can't call anything else and it has absolutely no smoke flavor at least what I am accustomed to with Arkansas Smoke meats. It isn't a bad ham but doesn't measure up to the Arkansas version. Will never buy again and will continue my search for real Canadian bacon.

Value for the money.
