Disastrous mess! Arrived broken and leaking everywhere.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the ProDot Ep 664 Inkjet Ink Refill. I was waiting for this to arrive, but what I received was a complete disaster. First, the packaging was in terrible condition—the box was totally broken when it got to me. Worse yet, the ink had leaked and spread all over the inside of the package. It was a nightmare to open and stained my hands immediately. The bottles themselves are of very poor quality; they feel flimsy and the seals obviously aren't secure enough for shipping. It looks like the cheap bottle construction is exactly why they burst and leaked during transit. I received a box of ink sludge instead of a usable product. I definitely do not recommend buying this if you want your ink to arrive intact. A total waste of money.
