It most definitely is thicker than a normal wedding band in width and the way it fits on your finger but not a deal breaker by any means! One of the biggest highlights is the health tracking. The ring provides detailed insights into sleep quality, heart rate, activity levels, and even tracks stress which seems to be spot on! I especially love waking up and checking my sleep score, it gives helpful suggestions that actually make sense and have helped me improve my routine. The activity tracking is a little different though if you talk with your hands I’m pretty sure that counts as steps BUT I prefer this ring over my watch especially since I swim…a lot! I appreciate not having to wear a watch or carry my phone everywhere to stay on top of my goals. Battery life is another strong point. I can go several days without needing to recharge, and when I do, it charges quickly. The companion app is clean and easy to navigate, presenting data in a way that feels informative rather than overwhelming. You do have to change your preferences if you’re in the US to feet and Fahrenheit! The app for the ring is also amazing and I’m super glad there’s no subscription! I may stay with this ring because I’ve heard Oura isn’t free and it seems to do everything the $500 ring promises! Comfort-wise, the ring is lightweight and smooth, so I barely notice I’m wearing it. It’s also durable and water-resistant, which makes it great for workouts, showers, and everyday life. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that sizing is important — getting the right fit makes a huge difference in both comfort and tracking accuracy. Additionally, some of the deeper insights require a subscription, which may not appeal to everyone. I actually ordered a sizing kit for the expensive Oura ring and decided I’d get this cheap one before I commit to $500 and I am a whole size bigger in this than the Oura ring! Happy with the ring. Informative and tracks my activities and sleep patterns! The instructions aren't as clear as the app. The app suggested it to be worn on the index finger. The app said the ring may not gather information correctly when worn on other fingers. I would have liked to know that before purchasing it as I would have ordered a different size! Otherwise I'm pleased! After using the ring for only 3 months I had to reinstall the app. Ring wouldn't sync after many tries. Latest fix was charging the ring again, removing the app from my phone, shutting down my Bluetooth connection and phone, restarting the phone and Bluetooth and reinstalling the app. Do not recommend this smart ring.

It was super easy to set up and fits well. I think it looks nice- definitely better for formal settings than a smart watch. It has exercise tracking, sleep, stress, body temperature, and some more features. Gives me a lot of health data and is a great price!

I’m honestly so happy with this smart ring! It looks like a regular gold band, so it’s stylish and discreet, but it does so much more than I expected. It tracks my heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen, body temperature, stress levels, sleep (including different sleep stages), daily activity, steps, distance, calories burned, and even menstrual cycle tracking. I love being able to see everything in one app without wearing a bulky watch. It’s lightweight, comfortable enough to wear all day and night, and the battery life is great. If you want something elegant that also gives you detailed health insights, this ring is definitely worth it!

This ring worked amazingly…for about 90 days. Then, suddenly, the ring wouldn’t stay charged for more than a couple of hours, even when charged at 100%. Great ring…just didn’t last long. I wouldn’t purchase this ring again.
