I have been using the Prestige Endura Pro 1000 Watt Multi Functional Mixer Grinder for the past 4 months, and honestly, the experience has been quite disappointing—especially considering the reputation of the Prestige brand. The most basic issue is the absence of any LED indicator to show whether power is on. For a modern appliance, this feels like a serious oversight and makes everyday usage inconvenient. What frustrates me even more is the control knob—it is extremely loose. I initially thought it was a defect in my unit, but even after getting it replaced through service, the problem persists. Surprisingly, even the service personnel admitted that this is a common and known drawback of this model. That’s very disappointing and reflects poorly on product quality control. On top of that, the service experience itself has been far from satisfactory. The response time is slow, and getting support requires repeated follow-ups, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, I expected much better from a brand like Prestige, but this product has not lived up to those expectations at all

Very very good mixer and it comes lot of jars and function with one heavy motor

It’s a very good kitchen assistant, very efficiently performs, a lot of kitchen work. Compared to the previous grinder we were using, it takes less than half the time. A very good product.

Please go for another food processor , waste of money , the centrifugal juicer is especially very bad , tried to extract carrot juice, it just created a mess and pulp , didn't extract even a single drop of juice. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Also , there is no option for return so i'm stuck with this , my hard earned savings are gone.

Good quality, motor performance was epic for 1000w less noise and noise level increase only use of food processor otherwise all is ok better than other brand. I m not recommend for preethi and vidiem company

At this price point, you expect reliability, not a product that breaks down every few days. Save your money and look for a brand that stands behind its warranty with better service.
