I did a lot of research before buying this product and read several reviews. I have been struggling with severe PMDD/PMS for the last several months and not much has helped. Not only was I extra emotional, but I had a lot of other physical symptoms like bloating, headaches, fatigue and lethargy. It would impact my quality of life and many times cause me to miss work. I finally decided to buy this product and give it a try out of desperation. I took it twice a day for 7-10 days leading up to and for the first few days of my menstral cycle. I noticed an immediate and noticible difference. Bloating was significantly less, my emotions were manageable and my physical symptoms were reduced. I was encouraged by the results and will continue to use. I highly recommend this brand/product for managing these specific issues and symptoms.

I have been using this every day for about 4-5 months now. I stopped using it for a week or so, due to a trip that I went on and forgot them. I noticed a serious difference. Previously, I would get very depressed prior to my period and then again about a week or so after. I feel completely level with this stuff.
