Blocking glasses are great. Improve my sleeping pattern immediately. The product is very high quality does feel expensive come together with really nice glasses box and polishing cloth. I have been using that for last 7 days - 2 hours before bedtime and helps me fall at sleep almost instantly.

I have been getting headaches and migraines from my computer screen for quite a few years. Had my eyes and glasses prescription thoroughly checked, but they found nothing wrong with either. These glasses allow me to stay on the computer for much longer without getting a headache. I'll still get one if I stay on too long, but at least I can use my PC for a reasonable length of time now. The only problem is when I'm buying something online where the colour is important (like clothes or fabric), I have to take them off, but they're great for everything else. And they fit over my prescription glasses too.

I feel they are doing what they claim but it’s harder to read text with them on I can read easily without them but in terms of reducing the blue light they really do work well

Let’s me start by saying the design is quite good. To the question, do this glasses work? Short answer: yes. Long answer: you can really feel the difference when you used them and when you not, I usually have bad headaches after been in the computer but since I’m wearing the glasses my headaches have completely gone. I even bought a second pair for my nephew as he spend most of his day playing video games.

You can wear them over your own glasses or on their own. They shut out the blue light and help you to sleep better

Don't block 99.9% blue light as suggested. I have some cheaper ones that do, and it was easy to make the comparison. Still if you've never worn 99% blue blocks you may not notice. Thing is when I returned the glasses for that reason the seller interfered in the normal return process and became quite unpleasant. Haven't had my refund yet but Amazon is chasing on my behalf. So be warned.

Good quality, good at blocking blue light, but reflective inside on the sides if there's any light at all coming from sides/behind.
