With Parkinson's, tremors and regular pens hurt to use and my penmanship changed. First attempt using this type of pen I seen my old penmanship being restored.

I personally like these pens. I have used them all day and, unlike with my other pens, I have not experienced the sore and cramping joints I typically get. I have alsonfound they write smoothly. Both pens came with a black ink cartridge installed, but I received blue refills. My only real complaint is there are small pieces that fall out when you change the ink cartridges. They are necessary pieces and go back in easy enough, but someone with severe joint mobility may struggle with this.

It is great for shaking hands and hands with arthritis

Works as advertised. The large size does help my writing. When changing the ink be careful of the spring which sits on the tip. It can fly 😊.

These pens are really large. I wanted a thicker one but they are very large around . But they do write good and I am using them daily but a lot thicker than I thought they would be

This pen works well for me because I had a stroke a while ago and it affects my right hand. The fatness of this pen makes the so much easier for me to grip and make my writing somewhat legible. The ink is very smooth, no skipping. I enjoy using this and recommend it to anyone who has had difficulties with hand issues to try. The thickness of the barrel helps me grip the pen. The color is a pretty blue and comes with extra refills, which makes it a great value

I bought these for arthritis in the hands. The larger pens worked better for me.
