I've been using these regularly at night for calm, and helps comedown from medication, which can give me clenched jaw. It seems to relax muscles for me better than magnesium on it's own. Generally soft and chewy but have seen them harden after a long period (6+ months), or melt together in extreme heat, but that's usually not a problem if stored well and used regularly. Why did you pick this product vs others?: So far the taste is great, good for helping with restlessness and sleep. Good value for money, as other brands are twice as much. I haven't seen much improvement in behavior though.

I have these on subscription and will continue to do so they are great to take right before bed they help me sleep through the night without using melatonin, they help with Focus calmness they are effective in high quality they taste good and the texture is like a normal gummy

My nine-year-old has been taking these gummies for a while now and they do not work. Before you state the obvious about these being focused on adults, my child takes them because the children's gummies do not work either; so, I decided to try these which have twice as many milligrams of the child version. But they definitely do not work. I also tried them for over a month on myself just to see if they would actually work for adults and they also did not work. Would not recommend.

These are great for calming and relaxing- but I have endometriosis that was FINALLY under control after years of agony, and unfortunately the saffron affected my period, caused mid cycle spotting and terrible cramps again. These were the only thing I did different the month prior to that period, and cycle had been normal for > 1 year prior. Sad I can’t take them, they really did relax me!
