This product is great. I was worried when it came compressed as ive had bad luck in the past with vacuum packed things like this, but it was no issue. Pillow is nice and soft, and the correct shape i was looking for without hurting my back. Definitley would recommend.

I scoured the listings to find real lumbar support in a bolster and when this item arrived I realized I won the quality lottery. Some folks aren't sure what lumbar support means it seems. It's not a seat cushion and a shoulder pillow. The spine has three general areas, the cervical behind the neck to the shoulder blade, the thoracic from the shoulder blades to the belly button, and the true lumbar which is from your hip bones when you sit to your belt-line. People who need lumbar "support" don't need a soft pillow, rather they need a firm bolster as I do with just a bit of soft comfort to take the edge off. And that's how I describe this quality product which comes complete with a nice sturdy band to fasten it securely to the back of your chair, fully adjustable. I sat in it for a while immediately just to enjoy the luxury of relief from some nagging sciatic pain I've been having on the left just at the hip line. Perfect for me. Thanks so much! I end up sitting 8 hours a day for work and my back and tailbone end up hurting badly before the end of the day. I bought this support pillow in the hopes of relieving some low back pain. The pillow is firm but not uncomfortably so. It's not like having a brick behind you. I'm short so I have to put a tiny pillow behind this lumbar support pillow. It has a hefty strap that stretches with a grippy texture so it doesn't slide down the chair and it stays in place where you put it. I was afraid I would hate it because pillows are very hit or miss for me, but it really does a great job.

I bought this to use in my driver seat. It's firm enough and very soft-haven't had any back issues when seating since I started using it. I recommend it! Great quality.

This review refers only to the upgraded version of this pillow. While the AI summary of these reviews claimed that the pillow was too hard or too firm. I find just the opposite. It's comfy and cushy and not too thick–for me it's just perfect. I had to return another lumbar support pillow that was rock hard, but it's not the case with this. I'm so pleased with this purchase.

After many trial and error pillow supports, this one was absolutely perfect for the driver seat in my Jeep. I haven't had any back issues since I started using it. I recommend it! Great quality.
