We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did. It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table. I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase. I highly recommend this outdoor wicker patio set, and I believe that 5 stars is a fair and honest rating that I'm happy to give.

Very nice, especially for price, not made for big people, we are 5’5 and 5’10 comfortable for us! Took husband about 4 hours and he good at putting stuff together! Directions good! Love this couch, wish I could buy extra cushion for other stool though! This was in very good shape the covers fit nicely, they are thin, but they work and as far as the extra cushion, I just ordered one on Amazon for my different seller and I’ll just put my own stuffing in it. I think this couch will last and be a great addition to our deck for our weekend camp! Also, it has a few wrinkles, but it was packaged in a tight box if they don’t come out, I will use a steamer, but they are not too bad.

The only negative is it will take awhile to build and the instructions are not clear. My husband is a professional builder and it took him 5 hours to put together. They are not clear on what screws go with what so he had to undo a lot of the work he put in. It was VERY frustrating to put together but we are happy with the end result. I think for the price it’s good quality and will hold up. We plan on using the covers in the winter to protect it. I added some decorative pillows.

Generally I don’t rate a product depending on how easy the set up is, but I’m giving it 5 stars because I did it alone with no frustration. Although it did take me a while given my circumstances of having to stop periodically, I would still recommend giving yourself some time. One tip is to get Velcro tape for the back cushions and ottoman cushions. Given the waterproof material they tend to slide more than I would like, I still think it’s a good product. My kid spilt a popsicle on it and I wiped it away and it still looks clean. It’s generally very comfortable. Keep in mind the cushions take a bit to form to shape, I was nervous about that at first when I first opened it and put it together. tip: I rolled the flat cushions because I’m impatient and it helped it come into shape faster. I looked for this couch for over a year now. My local places are asking a lot more for very similar products. With everything it comes with it is an amazing deal. I purchased it based on value, size and color. I got everything I wanted. Super happy with this purchase. *If it doesn’t hold up in winter with the cover I will come back and edit my review.*

Assembly was easy but time consuming (just because it’s a lot of pieces). Looks even better than expected. Cushion covers are like a rain jacket material - so durable and easy to clean - but we’ll be getting some throw blankets and pillows to make it a little more comfy. Cushions are thick and sturdy but squishy and comfortable. We did our research and feel good about this purchase.
