TCL 50" Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR LED Smart Roku TV - 50S451

My first 4k TV works great this October 2025 my TCL will be 2 years old has been trouble free and just works.

Got this tv two days ago and the very first thing wr tried to watch it froze after like two minutes. Ordered a replacement we'll see how it goes. If that doesn't work time to switch brands

My TCL Tv works great. Few issues like the sound turns off and i have to rest the speakers. and if I pause the show I'm watching or between commercials and the show coming back on I get a loud Whine

I’m mainly writing this review because of the negative reviews I’ve seen. We purchased two of these TV’s and they have been great. Picture quality is fantastic and everything works as it should. We bought them at a great price and had them over 2 years now. Plan on buying one more.

The video board fried 13 months after purchase.

Was sent this after my first TV black screened. They sent a tech out to replace the main board just to die an hour later. after another 2 weeks of sending the same info to TCL over and over again via email they sent this hunk of trash. Lasted less than year and it did the same exact thing as the first one. Now I am looking for another TV for my father. Had to hook up his 9 year old 1080p Vizio that still works like a champ. Such a terrible company making trash tv's... Stay far away and buy any other brand

Had this TV for less than a year. Turned it on yesterday, no picture, but the sound still worked. Power cycled, reset button, factory reset done through screen reader, set it up again through screen reader, software updated, every possible solution short of opening it it to replace boards. Nothing worked. Just long enough to be out of warranty for a couple months too. They knew what they were doing with a 6 month warranty. What a joke, less than a year of use? TCL should be ashamed to sell such a trash product.

We have had this TV less than a year, and it has given us trouble repeatedly. When we turn it on sometimes we can watch it and other times it gets stuck on a red screen. We have read on the ways to fix the red screen and none of them work the screen is still red. It is currently stuck there and we can no longer watch this TV. I will not buy another TLC again.

Llego en el tiempo adecuado, llegó intacto, buen producto y con promoción buen fin, excelente precio

La descripción no indicaba nada al respecto, sin embargo la pantalla era usada. Sin manual, sin baterías y para colmo sin funcionar. Audio sin imagen. Por cierto, soporte técnico de TCL México, MUY malo, piden fotos, videos, modelo, número de serie, ticket.... Hey, no hay imagen y es un artículo "nuevo", 2hrs y al final nada porq en el momento no podía mandar un video q para ellos es requisito... Por otro lado, TCL USA, en menos de 15min, troubleshooting completo (sin más datos q modelo y fecha de compra) y se diagnosticó q lo mejor era devolverla o llevarla a un centro de servicio.

Ya no quiso encender…

Me gustan los teles TCL. Pero me llego un tele de marca Onn. que no conozco. Tuve que regresarlo
