Apparently I have atelectasis now. Why do I have it at my age I have no idea, but my doctor recommended this device to give my lung a workout. It's easy to assemble and kind of fun to use. Hopefully it helps me build up my lung capacity fast. It's actually harder than it seems so it's a good workout for lung that I'll stick to.

Expensive. Usually if you are in the hospital they give you one to take home. Be sure to keep it. This works fine, really helps clear the lungs.
